Great content. I have this pack and was not aware of some of the features you mentioned. Just as an fyi, my iPhone 16 fits in the zip pocket on the side. I can easily get it in and out without having to remove my pack…it maybe because I have smaller hands.

You mention a hook to gather excess bungie at around 3:00. Could you do a close-up of that? I can't find that on my bag and am wondering if I just have a different model from you.

2:12 that pocket fits a Galaxy S10+ just fine. Also, they do NOT have the Nano 22 anymore, their website only has the 20 and 24 liter packs unfortunately.

Do you think a small laptop like MacBook Air could fit in hydration bladder compartment?

Indeed it will, I was able to fit both my 13" MacBook Air and my 14" MacBook Pro in the hydration bladder compartment. I'm not sure you could get much bigger than that but those both would fit.

Hi!! Do you know if you can attach hiking poles somewhere?

Unfortunately it doesn't have any lashing points for hiking poles. You could maybe rig something up but it doesn't have it out of the box.
