1. Open the back case of the camera

1. "When the device indicator is off, it means the device is powered off or sleeping:
2. "When the device indicator is red, it means the device is powered on and wakes up, but it is not connected to the network;
3. "When the device indicator is yellow, it means that the device is connected to the network
4. "When the device indicator red light flashes continuously, it means that the device cannot recognize the SIM card, please check whether the card is inserted;
5. "When the device indicator light flashes red double continuously, it means that the device recognizes the SIM card, but it is not connected to the Internet. Please check whether the SIM card has data.
If the device indicator does not have a steady yellow light, please check the following items in turn:

Precautions for installation and use of 4G low-power devices:
1. For new devices, please charge the battery fully, and the first charging time should be more than 8 hours;
2. For devices with solar energy, try to install the solar charging board in a location with sufficient sunlight when installing. This can increase battery life; "Please try to keep the surface of the solar panel clean. moss, dust, etc. covering the surface of the charging panel will affect the power generation efficiency; "It is recommended to use the 4G SIM card we provided, other SIM card maybe have telecom issue;
3. Please avoid recharging after the data is used up. If the SIM card is in arrears without recharging for 3 months, it will be cancelled by telecommunications company;
4. Before installation, you can use the mobile phone of the same operator to check the 4G signal at the installation location, try to find the best signal in a good location, which will improve battery life.
I had a 4G camera (model Solar-okam-2lens-4G) and it doesn’t connect to my phone. It has sd card, and sim card(new), I reset it, I tried with QR code, also uid, but doesn’t work…
Which username and password do you put at minute 3:10? Are they for the camera as they appear by the barcode or they are for the V380 pro app?
My camera has lost sound lately what could be the issue
Mine is not working at night,what might be the problem?
Can I connect camera to WiFi instead of sim as am in UK instead of Nigeria where I can connect to QR mode
If it's dual network camera (meaning that it has two modes and you can switch from 4g to wifi), it will work. Most cameras have one mode, they are either 4G Camera or Wi-Fi Camera.
Como le hago si un amigo cambio la contraseña de mi camara y dolo tengo el iD
I have similar camera but I have probleme .It not online . It with red light .
If you havr any solution please
Okay. This might be due to one of the following; No internet data on the sim card (get data) or camera does not support the sim card (get another sim card of a different network), or power loss if the cable was extended (reduce power cable extension).
Yes same always red light
Hi, pls give me the name of the app to connect on your phone
V380pro
Mine is requesting for the APN, the username and the password. It's also saying I should press the reset button for 1sec for the camera to enter the APN configuration mode. I tried but it's not getting there. It just keeps flashing red. Have you not encountered the same problem or your SIM just worked right away?
Mine to requests the same thing.. i have contacted the telecome company and fed in info they habe given me but it has still failed
I habe the same problem. Do you resolved this?
I have the same problem.
Application shows "device offline" and requires apn setup.
Did you solve this problem somehow?
Can we connect this camera to a wifi instead of using SIM card?
No, it's 4g and it only works with a sim card.
I have reset several times but it doesnt go online , data is there and power is okay..what coupd be the problem. Should i first delete from app and then reconnect or
Try another network. The sim card network might not be compatible with the camera
Our problem is the lights keep on flashing. How to turn them off? Thanks
Help, its connected to solar and i also switch to electricity but still it says low battery
Check the cables,
if the cable is too long, there might be power loss.
If the cable is not the right cable, there might be low transfer of power.
If the cable is broken somewhere, there might be power loss.
Check the batteries
If the batteries are weak, it can result to low battery even after charging.
Check the camera settings
If it's on high power consumption mode, it can result to low battery.
24/7 led light, alarm, and high volume can also cause this.
Does V380 pro connect to ubox app ?
No, it doesn't connect.
Please how can I reinstall the softwar? It was working fine but one time isking for update the software when start up update it brokdown. Now the camera is working but cant connected with app. How can i fix it please.
I have the same problem. Did you find a solution?
@@Valentindum95 The support team say the chip is damaged.
Hi, ensure that there is data on the sim card. If it this doesn't work, ensure that you are using the correct cam id. If this doesn't work, format the camera by holding the reset button. Thereafter, insert the sim card and allow the yellow indicator to come on. Setup your camera using the correct camera Id.
I've not experienced this before. I dont think the chip can get damaged just because of an update. Since the camera is online, I feel the data on the sim card has expired, or the user is using the wrong cam id.
After two days of perfect operation, the v380 Pro application requested a firmware update. The update failed and since then the yellow indicator does not light up.
Do you need to subscribe the sim card
Yes, you need to subscribe
@@ConnectedglobeHow to do it?
my camera works with only one specific sim card of one service provider. if i try another sim card the light is always red. ofcourse i tried reset. What can be the isue that some sims work and others dont?
It's because your camera was configured to work with a specific network frequency band.
@@Connectedglobe do know the working frequency band of the camera?
You can get the frequency band from your supplier.
@@ConnectedglobeDo you mean sim card supplier or camera supplier?
Camera supplier@@javascripter9477
Have press the button,but no sound respond
Though, this is unusual. But I've experienced it before. There are two things to troubleshoot; the hardware (speaker) and the camera's software (software update). For the hardware, check the camera's speaker if it's still connected to the patch board. If it's connected, do a software update/upgrade.
How do you get the camera to recognise a new sim
Once you insert it into the camera, it will recognise it. If it does not recognise it, it means it does not support the simcard.
@@Connectedglobe the sim card is from the same provider.
@genwigs2503 Okay, have you used that same network on the camera before, if yes, check if the simcard has been activated.
@@Connectedglobesim card is from the same supplier. I could not find the old one so a new one was bought
@@Connectedglobesim card is active as it was tested in a phone first, then place in camera.
How to fix problem if input set password but "network connection failed"?
Ensure that there is data on the sim card.
@@Connectedglobe yes I have, cause instalation procesing until I get pop up for fill password camera in app but at point I click confirm I get info pop up "network connection failed"
@alvinarian4939 Reset the camera. If it doesn't work after resetting it, you will have to change the sim card. I have encountered this kind of issue before, but in my own case, there was data on the sim card, but the data had expired; after topping it up with data, it came back online.
Thaanks before for your attention, in this case is
Same Simcard I try used to other cctv only 4g(without solar panel) and no problem
Maybe u can asking this problem case to suplier or other and id I can fix problem I will info again
Thanks for attention
@alvinarian4939 Different cameras come with different network frequency bands. Because this particular sim card (network) worked with other cameras does not mean that it will work with this particular camera. Always ask your supplier for the network band of your camera, so that you can know the simcard network provider in your country that supports it.
