- Deep in the forest there's an area where people go missing... Some say that a creature takes them to a world that's better than our own, so they never want to return. I mean, the sounds of these woods are really soothing, so I don't blame them:) Cats also lurk around this area, so sign me up. Enjoy!

Hi! I'm Melinda, a VFX artist and sound designer from Hungary. I create relaxing ambient soundscapes of unique places. Hopefully, you'll enjoy listening and looking at these ambience videos made to relax you, transport you to faraway places, help you study or work, and maybe even trigger your ASMR.

That creature is seriously creepy in a way that is so much more terrifying than your usual cute monsters. As a diehard horror fan, I love this. More super scary ambience, please!

This comment is so uncanny to me because I adopted my black cat that I found in the woods about five years ago.
I was vacationing with my family in Silver City, New Mexico. We went to the forest and, during the hike, saw stairs leftover from a firewall tower, and on those stairs was a black kitten. Super friendly and followed me up the trail. I picked him up and put him on top of my backpack, and he stayed there the whole way. He acted like he knew me all his life.
On the way down, I took him to the ranger station, thinking someone must have lost him. No one claimed him, and the ranger assumed he might very been purposely abandoned out there. That was heartbreaking because there's no town or anything for miles. It's just forest. He wouldn't have survived long out there.
He's since stayed with me. He loves the car, loves to hike with me, and has such an open personality. Very protective of the house too, he has a spot under my tree in the front, standing like guard for hours every day.
I wanted to go for a midnight walk in the park today but I have to stay home and prepare for my finals

Very glad I'm not the only student with such a habit lol. Honestly tho, a walk alone with smell of night clinging like dew on every surface making the whole world feel muffled and strange... it does wonders for the mind.

Miracle Forest, you would do such a wonderful job sound designing for spooky video games (maybe you have before). Inside and What Remains of Edith Finch come to mind. I may have already told you this before, LOL!
The part where the shadow-hands are on the tree nearest you but only the edge of the flashlight hits them, and then the light turns away as if you hadn't seen it--- That's super-effective. It also looks like there's a human face and hand in the trunk of the left-most of the three central trees, but it could be pareidolia... Maybe. >_>b
...or maybe it isn't: don't remember the mystery of "Who Put Bella in the Witch Elm"?

I think it’s a cat up in the left central tree. I thought it looked like a face too at first, so I decided to zoom in.
And it was a cat that was moving it’s head around like it was watching something up in the branches.

This is one of your best ones, for sure. Super creepy but also somewhat soothing. I love the wavering note sounds in the background, as if the creatures are singing to one another.

Yea...I'm not a huge fan of the 3D creatures... I really love her traditional 2D ones. (Technically her hubby's). I appreciate the artistic aspect of both - I just prefer the 2D ones.

Is this area based on a real-life find in the woods? A video on YT a few years ago where a hiker found a spot with missing persons posted everywhere??! Love the use of the flashlight & the creeping fingers. I nearly have a heart attack when the light almost goes out! Love the combination of rustling leaves & twigs. The horror music is a nice add to the sound effects!
I would go Camping in those Woods never mind just Walking in them and i would do a Paranormal investigation.
