How about you just fucking talk to your employees straight and tell them what your problem is with them and actually put forward solutions to get the problem solved instead of pulling the "well it's alright, i'll just figure it out now". i mean i like grinelli but at the same time, he's not super great at his job. When you look at someone like Jamie on Joe Rogan where he always has a stat pulled up, tech is always great, and then you look at chicklets where they are recording on Blue Yeti mics (sometimes headphone mics) , terrible sound spaces, always wrong or late on facts. Its just not great. They have a massive podcast and at some point they need to step up their production.
Between the rampant drug abuse and nonstop brow beating, I think Barstool would be a shitty place to work*.
*What barstool does is not ‘work.’
