Would love to see more Chris and lz stuff. I always hate it when they line up cause I like just about every driver but they’re the ones I’m mainly pulling for so someone’s weekend is over and it sucks. But it’s nice to see them hang around off track

Thats wut happens when you do the work n have the right ppl around you. Chelsea Denofa is probably the most proficient teacher around when it comes to suspension setup n tires n he taught adam alot.
Drift Masters tires has to be street legal, so slicks are not allowed. But those are quite sticky. Usually max 2 runs. 285's were max width this summer season. Next season max width is 265.
They were planning because of cars breaking from the grip. But they’re staying at 285 because Valinos are the main tire sponsor and they still have a bunch of stock left. Can’t deny it was in the talks but it seems next year 285 still.

Driftmasters is still pure. Drivers aren't using sneaky strategies just to get a win. I like Chris as a person and the content he posts but his professional drifting is kinda frustrating.
Drift Masters is more entertaining to watch than FD. I still love watching FD and it has excellent drivers, but the drivers in Drift Masters are insane! The tracks are better, the skill, the speed… Piotr Wiecek, James Deane, Jack Shanahan, Juha Rintanen, Duane Mckeever, Conor Shanahan.
Wings are only allowed at tracks with no walls near the course. So like a ATL, or a Utah. Any track where a rear end is going to be on a wall they're not allowed to run wings. They made this a rule after so many teams/cars were blowing wings off on Fences and walls at Long beach and other courses some years ago.
@@michaelfagan6123the big take away with the wings was due to the possibility of them coming off an causing problems for the chase driver an safety for ex when lz chased down martin richards a few years ago at mondello his hood flew off an cracked the windshield.. reasons like that are why FD an DM have the rules they do.
16:30 dude... james in DM was in his hero car, and couldnt win... in FD on his second year of that car he won by miles... that explains you the difference of competitiveness... its not by mistake sometimes they have a top16 90+ run qualifiers...
