- Napoleon Dzombe, a secondary school dropout, is a businessman and philanthropist in Malawi. He talks about his humble beginnings as a peasant farmer exchanging labour in his maize field for salt in Madisi Dowa, to a major tobacco farmer and transporter. Now his company, Mtalimanja Holdings Limited runs businesses and charity works from Blessings Hospital, Food Production, sugar production, rice farming and irrigation farming and milling.
He has won more than 10 awards for his humanitarian work and is not a multi-millionaire but maintains he is not rich, but rather just a steward of the wealth God has entrusted in him.
Mr. Dzombe is hero and I call him a "game changer!" I want to meet him one day.

I Salute him for the great business and hard work. However, am I the only one who is noticing that there is monopoly on the poor? How can you invest that little money on salt and earn all that huge profit after selling that produce? And it's the same story as I write, our poor farmers are being monopolised by the powerful. Shame that he could boast about that on TV! My opinion, which may be wrong!
I don't get how anyone can manage to find fault with that, he was just a young high school dropout when he made that investment, what kind of power are you referring to? obviously salt was a hot commodity then.
