Stuart, I prefer your solo cooking video best to be honest, they make me smile especially when you say “ALL MINES” keep up the great work pal, keep the cooking videos coming. My suggestion is a big mixed grill cooked directly over flames or on a hot rock. 👍

Try "Corned Willie", a recipe of WWI and II soldiers. Cook one spud, mix in a half can of corned beef. The bottom of the can serves as a lid! Maybe add an egg or two, nothing fancy like peppers! It was not universally loved, but I fix it 2-3 times a month!
I don't care much for bell peppers so I'd like to see you cook without them. How about making a nice diamond scored and cloved honey baked Spam® for the Thanksgiving holiday?

My god guys, as a Canadian we so look down on Spam but I am buying the stuff and eating it in the woods(and loving it). Thing is, if I cook it in my home it tastes like crap.
Step out of the comfort zone :_) make Frying Pan. Spam, tomato soup mix, smoked paprika and granulated garlic add a tin of broth and rice and let it simmer till the rice is done on top and crispy underneath!!
