Dear Lilly, I've been watching your videos religiously since 2012. I was a freshman in undergrad at the time and now in 2017, I'm in law school. I genuinely relate to you on so many different levels, particularly this video. For a really long time, I thought I was really weird for not liking confrontations, especially since I'm in law school. You're so positive and so confident that you inspire me to love myself and appreciate my personality traits. Thank you for being an amazing role model for the past few years. I am so proud of everything you've done. I hope we can meet one day.

This is great 😂👌🏻 I can totally relate to some parts of it (especially the make-up bit). I hate criticizing people's work, I never want to hurt anyone's feelings. But I've also realized that I don't have issues with 'real' confrontation, especially when people hurt me, my friends or family. I don't like it but when I have a serious problem with something a person has said or done, I can't keep that to myself. It's better and healthier to put it all out there. Otherwise, It doesn't let me rest. The only time when I ever struggle with it - is when I get in a fight with someone over text messages, and then I know I will be forced to see them again in person. That makes me feel SO anxious

One time during a show my bestie that always does my contour for the shows also did my makeup and got carried away! Plus I needed to become a boy after that scene and COULD NOT LOOK LIKE THAT! But I needed to go on stage right then so I did and then got my cousin/BFF to redo my entire stage make up and get completely changed in 2 minutes... let's just say that was SKILLS! But when I was going to say no the next day for doing my make up I said... yeah! You always do so good! Lucky me he didn't do my eyeshadow and other makeup but still!

I think providing false pleasurable feedback is more harmful than genuineness. You don't wanna weaken someone's abilities to accept failure and to realise that it's impossible to satisfy everyone.
Imagine how great the world would be if everyone was honest and straightforward. No drama, no "B.S.". I know certain people don't appreciate such behaviour (especially in India) but the world won't change if someone doesn't start. Moreover, don't let others influence your behaviour if they're not being rational. THEY would be the ones being selfish If they did so. Don't wanna dive deeper, but I hope this was a thought-provoking read. :)

Omg I'm so bad at confrontation. This girl accused me of making some hate song about her and her bf (she believed someone else's lie) and said straight to my face that she doesn't like me. Weeks later she commented on social media which is public "love your nails, miss you" (because I am on holiday)
Can someone give me any tips? I wanted to go up to her and ask her "do you like me? Because you accused me and straight up said you don't like me, then proceeded to say you love my nails and miss me"
