"oh no, you got shitted on twice!" I had to pause until I could stop laughing!!!🤣
"THESE WATERMELONS!" I choked on that reaction from McFly's mom getting fake bewbs scene!
"He's in the cuckoo hospital!"
she is so funny 😆
14:06 ”Marty, Marty the son, Marty the daughter, and Marty the father.”
Amen.
"YOU'RE BOTH WEAK!" That was hilarious!
And Part 3 will blow you away! 😉
My favorite of the trilogy!
The Cubs ended up winning the World Series in 2016, making it 108 years since their previous win. From Wikipedia.."The film's prediction would prove to be incorrect by a year on Cubs winning the World Series in a four-game sweep against a team from Miami. The official Back to the Future Twitter account acknowledged this following the Cubs' win in seven games vs the Cleveland Indians (now Guardians) by tweeting Way to go Cubbies and posting a still image from the film stating the same, and a follow-up tweet that said the 1994 player's strike caused a "disruption in the space-time continuum". Following the Cubs win, Michael J. Fox, star of the movie, reacted to the Cubs' win by tweeting Only off by a year, not bad and a congratulations message to The Cubs organization on the win." ..
.."In Back to the Future Part II, the Chicago Cubs are depicted as the 2015 World Series champions, defeating a fictional American League team from Miami whose mascot is an alligator in four-game sweep starting October 17 and ending on 21st. The Miami Marlins would not be formed until four years later whose mascot is a billfish. The Cubs would end up facing the Miami Marlins in the 2003 National League Championship Series but lost in seven games. Screenwriter Bob Gale, who co-wrote the script of Back to the Future Part II, originally intended it as a joke, saying "Being a baseball fan, I thought, 'OK, let's come up with one of the most unlikely scenarios we can think of", referencing both the Cubs' long championship drought and the fact that Florida did not have a baseball team in 1989."
I was to mention it
I watched it! And recorded! I'm from Chicago!
I watched every game with my mom! You are not from Chicago. Don't know the game.
Wiki huh?
Who was your favorite pitcher?
Christopher Lloyd (Doc) could mot actually see through the metallic glasses. That's why he only wears then while seated or when he is actually touching the Delorean as a guide to where he is on set.
with the blast sheid down i can't see. your eyes, do not trust them, use your instincts
Fun fact: the kid in the red shirt at 7:37 is no other than actor Elijah Wood, the boy who would eventually grow up to play the character Frodo in Lord of the Rings.
Oh wow
ive watched so many of these and only seen 1 person who recognized. im so mad over it xD
I think he took that guy's wallet (4x) that always cracks me up
when Griff and his gang crashed into that glass, if you can notice the girl actually slams into one of those pillars, she was injured badly doing this stunt.
It was a stunt person but yeah they were injured

Note about American garages: whether or not garages have a connection to the house depends on the house; on many older houses (especially those built before car ownership was common) the garage is a separate freestanding building.
In earlier houses the garage would have been a horse stable and you would want separation from that manure. Even after cars came about they would be smelly and a fire hazard. Then you had the 30s and 40s with the great depression and a world war that would limit the houses being built. Probably wasn't until about the 50s to 70s that attached garages became popular in new homes and primarily in higher end homes like the one George and Lorraine bought. Biff's house would probably be a cheaper house from around 1920. Also this was California and the big advantage of attached garages is not having to go out into the cold to get to your car so detached garages are more prevalent there
And garages back in the days could be locked from the outside meaning if you were inside, you were locked in, as in the movie. This was also 1955 not the 2000 years
Another term for the separate building was carriage house.
I'm in Michigan. My first house had an attached garage, my second had no garage, and my current home has a separate garage.
@@nathancrossen2224 I'm also in Michigan. My parents house was built around 1900, and didn't have a garage. There was a separate barn behind the house. My house was built in 1854, and you could where there used to be a small barn next to it, but in the 1960's the owners put up a pole building with a garage door.
24:04 "Who designed these stairs?!?" They're called "scissor stairs," with two independent staircases spiraling together in a single stairwell (like a DNA double helix). They used to satisfy fire safety regulations (which required at least two independent pathways to exit a building in a fire), but they don't anymore (because of the shared stairwell). However, they're still thought to be better for quickly evacuating large numbers of people all at the same time.
cheers mate i always wondered how he could jump onto the other stair 👍

Great reaction Biss ...in case you missed it, one of the kids at the 'wild gunman' arcade game was a young Elijah Wood (who played Frodo from the Lord Of The Rings films). Now onto Part 3 🤠...
I actually saw the first Back to The Future as an American teenager in then-West Berlin in a German theater. It played in English with German subtitles and had a full house. Everyone seemed to love it from a European perspective even back then!
The Arcade shooting game is a foreshadow to the third Back To The Future. Fun fact Needles is Flea the bass player for The Red Hot Chilipeppers.
And the Kid closest to Marty at the Arcade game is Elisha Wood who would later star in the "Lord of the Rings Trilogy"........
I feel that the third movie relies less on jokes and more on character growth. It is a great movie.
Got it
"I finally know there is no Scott in this movie." Haa haa, hee hee, hoo hoo!!🤣
Another enjoyable reaction Biss🙂looking forward to part 3 reaction!
It's the perfect trilogy.
Sidenote: You should know by now that we are never going to be mean to you because we adore you.
You're Going to Love Back to the Future Part 3
Gawd I so love your Laugh at the end BissFlix 🥰so natural at the Doc's closing ..... " GREAT SCOTT !!! " thanks for the fun reaction !!
13:20 you're right. Michael J Fox played himself, his daughter, his son and one other character that would be a spoiler to mention.
Not his sister, who was played by Wendie Jo Sperber.
@@JohnRandomness105 thanks, I'll correct it.
I remember when that future date came up. I think Nike released some kind of Back to the Future shoes.
And someone was trying to produce a type of hoverboard before that date, but it obviously wasn't the same.
they release 2 versions, the first didn't have the power laces,
because they didn't know how to make them work,
then the second release did
one pair sold for $75,000 not too long ago!
Lexus made a working hoverboard, but it only worked on a skate park designed for it.
28:35 Garages were separate. "Attached garage" became a thing in the 40s so just newer houses would have them after cars became more and more popular... in 1955 you likely lived in a house that was built before cars were everywhere.
“No Scott in this movie.” Adorable
I was happy he saw the Cubs win. Hugged and the city loved it.
The Cubs actually won the World Series in 2016, but 2015 was the year the Cubs turned the franchise completely around.
15:44 Fun Fact: There was a deleted scene where after Doc & Marty left 2015, they showed old Biff vanishing, because at some point in 1985-A, Lorraine shot Biff from being too abusive, ending his life. So the gunshot wound he suffered at her hands caught up with him in 2015, therefore erasing him from existence. 😱
A drone walking a dog actually did happen in L.A. during Covid lockdown. Also, the TV hanging on the wall is very close to what we have now.
Although it is not mentioned directly in the film, I have always believed that the black man whose daughter sleeps in Marty’s erstwhile bedroom in the Biff 1985 was Goldie Wilson, who in the dark timeline never got the chance to be mayor of Hill Valley.
Love this reaction, hope we get the Part 3!
Awesome reaction of my favorite Back To The Future movie!!!!!!😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
I feel like, of all the franchise reboots, this is the one they could have had the most fun with if done correctly. Having a kid from 2015 going back to 1985.
So Doc Brown has to get Marty's son, to rescue Jennifer from alternate 1985, but in doing so, cool 2015, turns into our 2015. No flying cars or hoverboards, so they have to find a way to "correct" the timeline, and make all the cool things from BTF2 cone true.
Always fun watching you react Biss. Your commentary during the movie is always the best part for me. Stay safe and stay you ❤
Thank you so much
There are a couple of extra hesitations built into the reshoots of previous scenes.
The first is when Marty asks Doc, “What, do we become assholes or something?” In the first movie, Doc immediately replies, “No.” In this movie, Doc stops to consider before answering “No.”
The second is when Lorraine is commenting on Marty’s performance at the dance. In the original, she says, “Marty, that was very interesting music,” while in this movie she says, “Marty, that was very interesting…music.”
I love all three movies 🙂
Your opinion is correct.
32:29 "What's CPR?" It's a good punch to the face, of course! 👊😝
The sequel set up at the end of the first film was originally intended as a joke but the second third films conceived as one story connected and filmed at the same time
My order of favorites goes 3,1 & 2.
For me: 2, 1, 3
I find it super entertaining watching a non-American young person react to old American movies.
About 15 years ago people used to say "Hey, that's a young Billy Zane in Biff's entourage." Now I don't think people say it so much.
Yeah, but a young Frodo Baggins is in there. Elijah Wood as a child actor in the cafe 80's at the arcade game.
Awesome reaction as always!
Thanks
Great reaction Miss Bisscute, I loved it💓💓💓💓, congratulations. Don't worry, the fact of not knowing all the culture of the USA and being European makes your reactions to film classics like this even better👍. You must conclude reacting to the back to the future trilogy, and for future reactions I recommend two classic westerns films: Silverado and Dances with wolves, both starring Kevin Costner, I think you will like them.
In America, sometimes garages are attached to the house (like the house I own)and sometimes not(like the house I grew up in).
It's probably already been said but the filmmakers in NO way thought that 2015 would actually look like this. The date was so close to when the movie was released that they knew any predictions stood a very good chance of looking utterly ridiculous before very long so they went crazy with wild stuff that they knew WOULDN'T happen (probably). That is to say, they just had fun with it. 😃
I love seeing these movies from your perspective, Bisscute!! ❤ You're doing just fine, sweetie!! ❤ Americans like me will help you over the rough spots with our culture references! Lots of love from your biggest fan!!! 🥰❤️🌹
As someone else said the Cubs did win the World Series in 2016. But the year before Cubs lost the National League Championship which if they had won would have advanced them to the World Series in 2015. We were only eight games away from this movie being accurate.
It's funny how the character Biff is a dig on Donald Trump and his casinos. I remember watching this movie with my 2 older sisters at the drive in in 1989. Fun times.
In this movie, Jennifer is played by Elizabeth Shue, aka Stillwell from The Boys.
OMG !!! thank you
@@BissFlix Don't mention it. ;)
The reason for the change in actresses is because the original Jennifer (Claudia Wells) took some time off from acting to take care of her sick mother who was battling cancer at the time of both BTTF parts 2 & 3 (which were filmed back to back). Her mom sadly did pass away in 1994 😞. And Claudia wouldn't return to acting until 2008. She has since appeared in several BTTF reunions (at multiple conventions & in TV specials) alongside Michael J. Fox, Christopher Lloyd and her other co-stars.
if you noticed where Marty tells the kids how to play video game, That's Elijah Wood ( Lord of the Rings ) right there !
Hello Biss, another fun reaction! I do like my reaction channels but for me I prefer a bit of interaction with the viewers. Anyways, have a great day from Christchurch, New Zealand
"It's about time."
"Do you remember...the future"
"Getting back was only the beginning."
A beef between Biff and Chicken
Hey Biss....Thomas F. Wilson (the actor who played Biff & his relatives) is real a very nice guy in person & the total opposite of the characters he played in the movies in real life (which surprises a lot people when they meet him in person at conventions)...in addition to acting in many other movies, shows and even video games, he is also a funny stand-up comedian as well. Various clips of his stand-up performances are available on TH-cam. Also check out the "Stop Asking Me Questions" song, that he sings at a lot of his stand-up shows. It is pretty funny. 😁
You're making me hungry!
They actually sell those nikes, too. Also, if you watch the first movie, the part where Doc is showing Marty the time machine, Doc mentions going back and betting on the winning team in a sports event. Yet he scolds Marty for trying to do it in this movie.
I've watched this 59 billion times and I never noticed Marty was wearing two ties 😅lol
Actually, look also at the clock tower guy, when he talks with Marty about Cubbies. He also has two ties! I noticed this in JUST THIS reaction by BissFlix 😁 I guess it's a fad the same like pockets inside out.
2:25 & Doc is wearing a clear plastic tie
i laugh, then say, "Why do people wear even ties at all??"
I used to wear my late dad's dress shirts & ties to school all the time
This movie started my love of shoes with big tongues. Just like the way the shoes look.
The new Jennifer is Elizabeth Shue, she also played Ali mills in The Karate Kid
There was no BTTF2 planned, it was because of the incredible success of back to the future that they decided to do the next two. In the first movie, they had the car fly off into the sky because they thought it would be a fun way to end it! The producers said that if they would have realized they would be doing a sequel they would never have ended the movie that way! 😂
Idk but I always considered Biff throwing that ball away to be one of the most F’d up evil things a movie villain ever did hahaha 😂
I don't think they thought that's what the future would look like, i think they were just having fun for entertainment purposes.
I remember. It was definitely a campy and 'optimistic' take, but we didn't absolutely think it was out of the realm of possibility either lol.
1:42 mention, help is nice.-Ernie Moore Jr.
2:20 Crazy how Doc can slow down from 88mph to turning into the driveway.
Even more crazy that he could even get the DeLorean to 88 mph. It was a cool looking car but an absolute shitcar.
If I remember correctly. The 2nd and 3rd were filmed practically back to back
Oh I see, hopefully 3 soon
Very much enjoyed your reaction. 😊😊❤❤
28:47 not necessarily. For modern houses, yes, but older houses often had the garage as a separate outbuilding.
While they were purposefully exaggerating the future stuff in the movie, I find it amusing that they put a whole bunch of things that don't exist in 2015, like flying cars, but have a print newspaper when something more digital would have been more common. Not that print newspapers are obsolete, but it's funny that they underimagined that part.
Predicting the future is often like that: overestimating some developments and failing to foresee other developments. Back to the Future, Parts II & III, were released in 1989 and 1990 respectively. The commercial internet was a few years away at that point. The World Wide Web didn't exist yet, let alone streaming video. That's why they were still using faxes in the movies.
Or the fax machines everywhere. Combination printer/fax/scanner/espresso machines are cheap these days, but people don't have multiple in their houses, much less attached to their TVs.
What do you mean purposefully exaggerated the future stuff? They couldnt have known what 30 years could accomplish. So they couldnt have purposefully gone overboard on it. They only way you could purposefully exaggerate something is to first know what that something would be. Imagine if 2015 tech was more advanced than whats depicted in BTTF2; would you still say they exaggerated it, and moreover do it purposefully?
@@leesweets4110 From what I understand, they went a little wild on their depictions of future tech and society on purpose to avoid actually trying to predict the future, so it would be so outlandish that it would be more comedic than predictive. I haven't researched this, it's just what I've heard in comments from time to time.
Newspapers - They had no idea of that ( the mainstream internet started in 1995, first smart phone 2001 ), and also it costs money to make props.
one other thing. in a deleted scene, the old man talking about the cubbies and collecting for the clock tower, is actaully the mechanic (terry) from 1955 who cleaned the manure/sh*t off of biff's car as well as fixed it. so in 2015 the deleted scene, very old biff and very old terry were still arguing over the 300 dollars to finx the car
Loved the review and loved the chicken noises you were making!
Glad you liked part 2 look forward to part 3. Till the next one.
1. It's not often sequels hold up to the original, but this does. Thank you 1980s.
2.This one is the best of the bunch. The next one is inventive but I'm not really into the story. That said, it is the perfect wrap.
3. The stunt woman that flew into the glass window partially missed and injured her arm.
4. Michael J. Fox also played Marty's daughter.
5. Sammy Hagar, "I can't drive 55"😎
6. Good thing Biff shoots like a Star Wars Stormtrooper🤣
7. The tunnel at the end is the same one they used for Tune Town in "Who Framed Roger Rabbit"
That's how he'd probably shoot unless he practiced shooting at the target. It's not so unlikely that he'd repeatedly miss his target.
Hill Valley and Toontown are nowhere near each other.
Same Hollywood set.@@leesweets4110
It's always hilarious to see how predictions about the future have aged. Some are horribly optimistic, others are spot-on (like the 80s nostalgia).
And the Skype/FaceTime calls, however they got it wrong with fax machines still being in use
Back to the Future 3 is better with a special message to all that stuck it out throughout all 3 movies. The message comes at the end of the 3rd movie though when we all think the worst

I remember tweets back in 2015 asking: "Where's our hoverboards!" 😂
Haha
@@BissFlix Hoverboards were invented a long time ago but were deemed unsafe for sale to the public.
Fun reaction Bisscute.
This version of 2015 is hilarious, but fun movie. Fun fact: Biff's $300 car repair in 1955 is equivalent to approx $3,452.43 in 2024. That car was a 1946 Ford Super
De Luxe convertible, and orginal sticker price in 1946 was $1488 =approx $23,534.59 in 2024 dollars.
I love the Back to the Future movies. My only problem is I'v never really believed the idea that Marty would be so bothered by being called a chicken. He's not 12. Making it hard to believe. So I wish the writers had a better idea to explain Marty's hand injury. Which in that timeline had ruined his possible music career. Plus that 2015 version of Marty dressed really terrible.😅
Fun fact: the Cubs actually won the World Series, but in 2016(?)
Elija Wood - the caffee 80's kid and Flea as Marty's boss))
I think, in general, people would say 2 is, while still fun, especially the "future" that is now 9 years in the past, the weakest of the 3.
But part 3 is really good. It wraps up the entire story perfectly.
They filmed 2 and 3 at the same time, and made it very clear to the studios that there wouldn't be a 4. So there are no threads left dangling to leave the door open for another sequel.
lol they actually didn't intend to set up a sequel at the end of the first. No one including Spielberg had any idea at all that were would be a sequel. Few movies back then got sequels and no one had any confidence in the first one until it became a megahit out of the gate. But Universal wanted one right after the opening weekend. Bob Gale (the writer) said if they had any idea, they never would have written the end with a problem being their kids and they sure as hell wouldn't have written Jennifer getting into that car. Those were just throw-away funny lines to give Doc for one last time travel gag before the credits. Think about how unnecessary Jennifer was in this story...so much so that they literally knocked her out and dumped her in an ally. She was simply a brief plot device in the first one.
A few years back, we played the Back to the Future drinking game at New Years.
Watch all three movies in order.
Every time Doc or Marty say, 'Doc' or 'Marty', you take a drink of your regular drink, (beer, wine, cider, whatever you like).
Every time Doc says, 'Great Scott', you have to shout, "Great Scott's the shot!", and take a shot of spirits.
All of us were destroyed by the end of the second movie, and we can hold our booze! 😁
Let me guess, you all for wasted within the first half hour
Lol grandmas boy... I laughed so hard when t he wannabe robot covered himself with his trench coat to the wall!
7:38 The boy in the red shirt is none other than Elijah Wood aka Frodo Baggins 😉
13:12 "Is this the actor in a wig and makeup?"
😄Yeah. They had edited together a scene with 47-year-old Marty in the _middle_ of the scene, his son to _one_ side and his daughter to the _other._ The idea with the editing was to illustrate how it was possible to edit together footage of the same actor playing three different characters, on screen at the same time.
I guess at that time it was mindblowing !!

Hi Miss Biss!😊 You always do a great job with your reactions, whether the films very American or not!😉👏 Just be yourself and everybody will love your reactions. I'm glad you are watching my favorite film in the trilogy.🏆 Yep, in Grandma's Boy there was that guy that talked like a robot. Great reactions to this back to the Future sequel, Miss Biss!!!!🎬👏👏👏👏 They did know there would be no flying cars in 2015. It was just a joke.😉
Biss fail herself when she found more interesting the dog who walk himself than the world around XD
As a kid, we all wanted a Hoverboard so bad. Cubs won the World Series in 2016, really close to predicting the future on that one.
I am almost 28 and I would love a Hoverboard haha
I cant stay upright on a wheeled board.
@@leesweets4110 I've kept a skateboard in the back of my car since I was a teenager. I think you should try to skateboard if you really want to. Rolling around is really nice sometimes. ✌❤
@@leesweets4110 Used one as a teen. In my 60's now I'd have to relearn the balancing, but it involves bending your knees slightly with both feet on the board. You pushed slightly on the back end of it with one foot to raise the front wheels to swivel turn.
You shouldn't be too nervous about those things, you're just great the way you are. And about the futuristic scenes, i don't know if they actually thougt that's the way things would be. I think it's mostly about emphasizing the fact that they are in the future so they go over the top with stuff.
I don't know how much you know about baseball, but the Cubs hadn't won or even gotten to the world series in 71 years, so the Cubs winning was a nod to that in the movie. The future takes place in 2015 and the Cubs went on to win the world series in 2016 a year later irl. So close Zemeckis, so close.
Beef with Biff. 🤣 Love your reaction. Can't wait for III. It's my fave of the trilogy. Watch for a cameo by a music group you've reacted to a couple times already. Also, glad you get the "make like a tree" line, but did anybody explain "make like a bread truck..." from part 1? Can't remember if you got that one. "...and haul buns". Very similar.
those are new ones hahaha
I dont even remember that line in any of the movies. Make like a bread truck? Im sure I would have remembered that one.
I do remember "like a screen door on a battleship".
Great Scott is probably a reference to Robert Falcon Scott, who was a famous explorer and lead two expeditions to Antarctica in the early twentieth century. He and his companions died on the second one in 1912 and became heroes to the scientific community when they found tree fossils with their frozen remains, proving that Antarctica had once had a warmer climate and was connected to the other continents. I imagine that he was one of doc's heroes as well when he was growing up. Hence the "great Scott" he keeps uttering when something amazing happens to him.
There are companies developing flying cars, but they are very restricted right now on where they can fly, and prices would be very expensive. Even more air traffic control would have to be developed for them to get to common use someday.
3rd is my favorite.
In my opinion the best of the three movies just saying
Fun fact: the “alpha wave generator” they used to put Jennifer to sleep wouldn’t actually work because alpha waves are associated with wakefulness, not sleep. A much better choice would have been a delta wave, or better still a theta wave generator. Of course, the probable reason they picked alpha waves was that they were better known to the moviegoing public, who wouldn’t have been as knowledgeable about brain states in 1989 as now.
It was not what they thought the future would be like, they just came up with joke ideas. In the 80's 1950's theme "retro look" diners were big ( and remain somewhat popular ), so they thought in the future it could be an 80's theme diner.
The filmmakers said the character Biff was inspired by Trump ( this was long before he got involved in politics ), most strongly seen in Part II.
Bisscute you’re so freaking funny ❤
Awww thanks
