This reveal that Wyper HAD A PLAN all along is so good. The man is Angry, too mad to die, to furious to accept anyone even tangentially outside of his line to victory... but he was never blind or stupid in his goal. He knew off the rip that Enel must have had some form of Devil Fruit (and YEAH, it IS weird that he would just know the name of the Rumble Rumble fruit), and was fully prepared to create an opportunity to kill him using its huge weakness. Now why none of the other warriors seemed to know that part of his plan is a weird bit, but Wyper doesn't seem like that great of a communicator so... 😅
Devil Fruit names are just common onomatopeia, so it's probably not hard for Japanese speakers to guess it correctly if you already know the power. Also, Eneru has Mantra, so any plan that Wyper shares with somebody else is immediately at risk of being figured out.

Enel did not just choose gold because it is the only metal available, gold is actually the best conductor metals we know that can actually be used for wiring. Silver is the best conductor, but gets worn down with use. We use copper, because it is a very good conductor, but the only reason people do not use gold instead is the cost. We do use gold for some microchips and in moderation at that. The clear thing is, if gold was as abundant as copper, every wiring would be made of gold.

Eneru defibrilating himself with his power was what got me so in love with One Piece and the author's way of thinking for over a decade now. I had goosebumps too and it was so smart it made me excited. You can't just get a power, you have to be smart with it (just like Lemillion in BNHA). It is top 3 devil fruit in my opinion. This arc is really good and it really weaves a lot of foreshadowing in the plot of the Shandians and the Skypeans. Endless Vearth is a double mistranslation. Japanese has 2 simultaneous spellings. One is the meaning of the words, in Kanji, and the other one is the pronunciation written in either hiragana or katakana (depending if it's local or foreign). That's secondary pronunciation spelling is called Furigana. In the Furigana, the pronunciation, Enel says "Fairy Vearth". The Kanji for it are "Limitless Land". First error. Limitless was translated as Endless, which is incorrect: A circular line is limitless, for example, but it's not endless. Second error. You don't get to pick and choose one part of the kanji and one part of the furigana. It's either Limitless Land, or Fairy Vearth.

It isn't that he's from there; it's where he believes his divine authority comes from, and where he is destined to return to using the Ark Maxim. He's just saying it weird because he's crazy.

Girls, somethings you will lose because the anime don't addapt, so if you want more lore, read the cover of each chapter, there Oda put cover histories about the caracters that aren't in the main history.
I find it very smart to create a unstoppable villain who's only weakness is the protagonist. But by such a small detail a lot of people didn't pick up right away. I myself only realized it wouldn't work on Luffy just a little before his fight with Enel.
