You mean “In the Graphs of a Bear”
Chapter 4 Bio: Right after Mario gets thrown down the stairs by a Shadow version of himself, he ends up at a hospital and Nightmare Freddy was gonna trick Mario by dressing up as a doctor. So basically Chapter 4 takes place at a hospital and you gotta make your way through as there’s monsters in the vents, Freddles you gotta worry about, and a crazy animatronic nurse when playing as Mario on a wheelchair. And Tiffany is also gonna be alive in chapter 4.
