Insightful video! I would like to add a few things. If you look into ETS2 price history, you can see the game was in the sale in July and October. In addition, early September saw the release of the version 1.25. These combined brought in a surge of new players that many only had access to the base map and were unaware of the existing hotspot that Europoort was. For some reason many of them found C-D and the news about the traffic and antics there travelled, getting more players to see for themselves what the fuss was about. That was enough to make the road the new "place to be".
I think the only time in modern history that the traffic wasn’t on C-D road is when we had the Genoa bridge WoT event. I remember queuing for over 3 hours to make a single delivery.
Genova Bridge, Austrian Alps road or the TMP Head Quarters. There are afew, but after some days or after the event closed, most of the lalyers switched back to CD road
I still remember the first time I bought this game and got stuck in a traffic jam in Europort. I don't know, I just want to experience traffic jams in the simulator world and use big trucks. I stopped playing and was busy with the world. at this point, i went back to playing it and was surprised that Europort was so quiet. and c-d road is very crowded. you even impossible to overtake at certain hours.
@Ouskiller Yeah I can see how it would be the Amsterdam intersection. Never from Amsterdam to C-D or vice versa. And the other one people often call Brussels intersection. (RIP btw)

Thats actually true for new players in tmp, when i joined tmp and i was curious where is the most congested road and i found cd road

Indeed, it's weird to see Europoort as a "ghost town" of sorts now. We wonder how long C-D may last, as it has already outlived EP's duration.

Wow, Interesting, The switch is still something that isn't explained to the depth, But a rough idea is a start. Will definitely miss EuroPort!
