The Gemmy 2005 Bah-Humbug Butler. Originally this was going to have the breathing animation, they left the mechanism in the body, but no wires go to it. It was removed from the program to lower expense.

Amazing video as always! I love seeing what could've been animatronics up close and personal! Prototypes are always the coolest honestly when it comes to design. I would love to see a scrooge animatronic one day. I definitely agree it would work I do feel however he would be more so cartoon looking in modern days just not to scare kids probably. In a lot of ways it wouldn't be as good but it's better than nothing! While I am also talking about this guy, is there any chance we could get a full separate video over the realistic Santa Claus? I would love to see that guy in a far away distance and some more backstory!

Do a video of the lifesize santa that was not released. It is by far the most life like Santa Claus by Gemmy Industries that was never released and I am very surprised that it was not released

Very cool, what happened with his paint? There is a very specific way you need to paint vinyl. It looks like someone may have tried using latex and forgot something in the paint mix
