PDM implementation - Rubanda parish chief returns embezzled PDM funds

The parish chief of Kagunga Parish in Bufundi sub-county, Rubanda West constituency has returned 3.5 million shillings he collected from Parish Development Model (PDM) beneficiaries.
The return of funds follows intervention by the district Resident District Commissioner Eric Ssewandigi, who acted on public complaints.
