Enchilada soup recipe:
You will need:
2 chicken breast
3 cups of chicken broth
1 lime juiced
1 can red enchilada sauce
1 can black beans rinsed
1 can of corn drained
4 oz can green chiles
1 tbs cumin
1 tbs minced onion
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Throw everything in your crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4.

I can tell you what you can do with alot of those fruit and vegetable scraps. The hulls and tops of strawberries can be made into strawberry vinegarette. The peels from oranges and lemons can be made into homemade cleaners. Vegetable scraps can be turned into vegetable broth. I hate wasting food and I always try to find ways to do something with the scraps so I'm getting more for my money.
I really needed a motivation today, thank you. We are having bad days here Brasil and the tendency is get worse. So it’s hard get up and continue to live without thinking about it. I decided to watch your video now in the morning to help me want to do my chores today and it works 😊 thank you.
