A really amazing review/tutorial mate! 👍
Great review dude! I have both Falcon and Reason 12 too !!! ;)
I was surprised Omnisphere wasn't on the competition list. I'm planning to purchae Falcon very soon. This was a good confirmation of the decision and intro to workflow. Thanks!
And you are right, it should be there. But, so far, Spectrasonics has not let us (or anyone who doesn't want to poke it in a noisy Hii Tech store for that matter) demo the software. So while I know Omniphere is a player in this space, I have no experience with it on which to base any opinion. From sounds in a collab album I did with a user, I think Omnisphere is fine if their thing works for your flow.
:-)
Wow, wonderful review, I appreciate your time! Totally convinced me to pick this up, I've been deciding between falcon and phaseplant and a few others but it seems like falcon is what I need. I don't have reason but I do have my own preferred DAW so I don't feel I need Reason even though Reason is awesome. Thank you for going extremely in-depth!
Chain icon(left side niar pitch) and you can detune each analog oscilator
Galcon andvhyperion are the best!
Tux Typing is pretty good as well! 😅
37:55 you can tune individual oscillators by disabling the oscillator link feature.
