- Rice Pudding
800 g round rice
1400 ml milk
130 g of butter
150 g of sugar
5 eggs
400 ml water
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 bottle of apricot compote (720 ml)
1 bottle of cherry compote (720 ml)
3 egg whites
Pour 400 ml of water, a pinch of salt and washed rice into the pot.
Boil for approx. 5 minutes while stirring constantly.
Add hot milk, cook over low heat until soft.
Stir the rice while cooking.
Allow the cooked rice to cool.
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Mix vanilla sugar, powdered sugar, butter and egg yolks.
Beat 3 egg whites, 2 spoons of powdered sugar and juice of half a lemon.
Add the mixed mixture to the cooled rice and mix.
Add solid snow to the rice.
Grease the tray with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Place half of the rice mixture on the tray.
Spread the fruit on the rice.
Add the second part of the rice and spread.
Bake at 190°C for 25-30 minutes.
Beat 5 egg whites, 5 spoons of powdered sugar and juice of half a lemon.
Take out the pudding, cover it with hard snow and let it bake.
