I watched this movie so many times as a kid the cassette broke from rewinding and playing so many times. Probably had a huge part in join the fire service to begin with. Brotherhood. #YouGoWeGo
I agree I'm going to be FIRE/EMS and my little brother wants to follow my footsteps as being firefighter and if I was in bulls situation and saw my brother doing the thing Brian was doing I would say the same thing that bull said
My husband is a former fireman and his stories scare the hell outta me especially his backdraft ones, God bless and protect those who still do it everyday
Renee Franks I'm third generation firefighter I like helping out my community and I grew up with this movie some parts of this movie I've seen on calls that I will never forget
I love this movie it's my favorite movie it's sad but it's also a good movie talks about all American heroes and real firefighters who fought fires I cry every time I watch it seeing Bryan and Steven I love you guys so you guys are awesome Kurt Russell and William Baldwin and Scott Glenn I'm here as his biggest fans love all of you
Cry every time. My pops fought fire for 18 years and lost so many brothers! Look at him that's my brother God damnit! Fire never got me brain your gonna make it Steven you hear me! Come on move this thing!
This is my favorite movie because my dream is to be a Firefighter/EMT for Joint Base San Antonio Fire Emergency Services and eventually study more to be certified as a Firefighter/AEMT and eventually when I am 21, my goal is to be certified as a Firefighter/Paramedic. I have muscular issues and I also collect patches from firefighters, police officers, deputy sheriffs, deputy constables, paramedics and EMTs, since anytime I see them, I tell them that I collect patches. Sometimes they do have patches and sometimes they don’t have patches, but one police officer, who was a candidate for the SASI position for my JROTC unit, gave me a challenge coin from the 502nd Security Forces Squadron on JBSA-Fort Sam Houston. He works at another JROTC unit. Another police officer at my school gave me several patches from his collection, my family members and extended family members have friends and their friends sent me patches, T-shirts, and challenge coins. I toured the Nashville Fire Department Training Academy and earned a certificate as an honorary firefighter for Nashville, as well as a ball cap, patches, a T-shirt, challenge coin, and more things. I also rode in Engine 36, which was at the Nashville Fire Department Training Academy, which shares property of the Metro Nashville Police Department’s Training Academy.
I wish you the best of luck brother my dad was head of his firefighter explorer program and he was then the youngest volunteer firefighter in Douglas ga and then firefighter n emt, dispatcher, role metro district and his last one was AMR dispatcher in dekab county Georgia they did his last call and I held everything together till they said his badge number and his full name and when I see ambulance and fire trucks responding code 3 I think hes guiding them to the calls like he used too and I have some of his dispatchers hats and his emt tactical rescue patch that he use to run his own company he said and I have his firefighter gloves and his tactical rescue bag that has all of his medical equipment mostly now bandages, wraps, breathing bag, breathing toobs, fire shelter and those small blankets I guess idk I'm going try volunteer firefighter again when I get better work experience and try do emt class
Every time I see bull telling Brian your doing it wrong and him telling the other firefighters that are rescuing him "look at him that's my brother God damit!!" And telling him dont tell his wife and saying who's your brother I'm about to be fire/ems and my little brother wants to follow my footsteps on being firefighter I really hope I get him work in the same station or house and on the same shift I would say the same thing to my other brothers and sisters you go we go and tell him like your doing it wrong and saying to the other firefighters who would probably rescue me look at him that's my brother God damit and tell him dont tell our mom and uf my last words would be to him who's your brother Alex because that's his name and I really hope I won't be in the situation on leaving him
I love this movie and all but I’m gonna be a buzz kill there is no way in fucking hell they would be in that burning building without oxygen and not getting their faces melted off
One of the finest films music scores ever produced. Sets the emotion perfectly, gets me every time.
