The glass door display case is AMAZING! If I saw it at the side of the road I'd for sure pick it up. It's not landfill material yet, let it live a new life!🥰 Dang, I just remembered this was filmed last summer. 😳
@@lisah126 I decided to watch it again. Jocelyn was able to zoom in on on the baby bunny under the dumpster. You can see it for yourself. She also said she thought she heard deer on the property, but that turned out to be the black squirrels.
I miss seeing Walter. I hope he is present in your lives as much as he was back when this video was filmed! He seems like a good guy. I really hope soon that you will have this old place all ready to go…hopefully sell it to a new family, take your hard earned money, and run towards your beautiful new future!! I’m wishing you, Andrew and your children the very best!!
Ok.. I’m only @02:48 & I recognize that this occurred last summer, however when you panned towards across the yard after saying "Holy Smokes", I literally teared up while thinking "She has her beloved view back" 🥹🥹!! I cannot fathom how many different emotions that YOU had at that sight, but I’m so excited to see what else is to come. Back to the video 💜🙏🏻!
I'm subscribed to Curiosity Inc as well, he has a great group to help him with his projects. Glad to see you have the same! My husband died last May and I've been struggling to clean out our house and clean, paint etc on my own. It's so overwhelming some days I find my self unable to focus to get things done. I used to be a go getter but after having heart attack (six stents) and taking care of my husband, at home, while he was ill, I've pretty much shut myself down for everything. Anyhoo, I just keep picking away and hope to finish painting before it all needs to be freshened up again. lol Love you videos and Dagny's as well. I actually started watching you while recovering from the heart attack. I lived my love of thrifting through you. Take care.
I’m sorry for the loss of your husband. Keep your spirits up, your feeling grief and changes of your own. Do whatever it takes to make yourself happy. God Bless
I know what your going through after losing my husband of 48 years ,4 years ago.. I miss him so much.. god bless u and I hope your doing better ..it’s so hard but joyclyn and curiosity inc. and some others have saved my sanity by having them to watch.. I don’t have to think when I am watching them.
I am so sorry for the loss of your husband. When my Dad passed away, I also felt overwhelmed and sad. I cried and cried going through everything and tossing so much into the dumpster. Some days I got very little done. I just did what I could do. We had the house built from the ground up which made me feel like I was selling a piece of the family.
Grind the stumps, level off the ruts' and plant grass. If I added anything it would be a fire pit metal ring/ patio for a grill, outdoor dinning set and chairs around the fire pit.
Enjoy watching the progress … the bunnies , squirrels and the amazing view make this arduous adventure worthwhile … thank you for taking us along on this journey
That is a killer view! You and Andrew are an amazing team. New baby on the way and renovating 2 houses at once pretty much...if you can survive this, you are solid! LOL
Amazing how all of you handled this so well. I never could have guessed your situation behind the scenes Jocelyn. Seems you are as good at your You Tube job as you are being a re-seller. Your old house will be stunning when finished! Very well done all of you, thanks for sharing these adventures with us! ❤ 🦋
I agree with you about the glass display case. It's beautiful and definitely could be restored! It will take a bit of love and labor but will be worth it all! Has nice bones! Good luck 😎
I hope everything works out the way you want it to in the end Jocelyn. Take care! The bunny was cute. I have had to raise a few litters of wild rabbits over the years. It is so hard to turn them loose when they are done bottle feeding and are eating the food from outside like they are supposed to. They grow very fast but still fit in your hand when they are ready to be turned loose. Sad time but rewarding. HUGS!
I'm so glad you were able to get the issues with this house taken care of (for the most part anyway) before your new addition makes her debut. Was wondering if you had any updates from gus and Nina and the hoarder house? How much progress has he made on getting it completely cleared out and renovated? And how much of the stuff inside was he able to sell? Hopefully enough to cover the cost of the renovation! Stay beautiful!
I thought that was Walter when the video started, hi to Walter. He opened the dishwasher that you told him not too simply because - he is a guy, after raising 3 sons, I knew he would open it when you told him not to.... This house will be great once all is finished. I agree with you about going with white in this house. The reason rentals were nearly always done with at least all of the walls off white, was that they would work for anyone's decor. Most people used to paint all walls off white if they sold a house for the same reason. Hope all goes well with your house projects, you and Andrew are very hard working people and deserve the best out of life. Thanks for sharing the experience of the remodels with us.
It's great watching the progress. Yes, this place sadly needs a cleansing. It must have been a sad house after you and the kids left. I hope you can soon see love and light in it again. It deserves it as much as you do.🤗
When you start with a basic white or off-white for your cabinets it gives you the opportunity to change your decor to anything and it works. If you get an off-the-wall color cabinet that locks you into that for a long time.
I work in the facility's industry as far as Outdoor Services go Landscaping snow removal for mostly New Jersey Pennsylvania and Delaware and I got to say I know that company name you whipped out- precision- I've never heard a bad thing about them! I know what area in PA you're in and obviously Precision anything you put after that name is very popular when it comes the landscapers but I'm going to say with all confidence, based on where you're located in Pennsylvania, that we are talking about the same company! They always seem to be getting those five star reviews so you picked a good one for sure and obviously based on your results it was Stellar business-as-usual for them! Congrats!
Wowza! And...need I say it, WOWZA!! What progress has been made!!! I imagine it makes you feel so much better to look at the place now. Enjoy your million-dollar view...you did this!!! Congrats!
WOW just WOW. Jocelyn how you both have navagated this clean out/clean up total reno. The benefits it will give back to you are so gonna be worth it! Yes can see the bunny... aaaawwwww
so glad they are doing well so that YOU are doing well, can hear it in your voice. I was thinking that after the stumps are removed, a nice screened in gazebo would be good. Looking bck on all that had gone on with that house, I am really glad your are smiling.
I love Curiosity Inc - Alex talks a lot of sense I think. Great to see the property coming back to life and in the long run easier to look after - onward and forward !
that rocking chair reminds me of one my mom had for me and my siblings when we were babies(im late 30s)...thx for bringing back memories ....i love the work you guys are doing
No don’t get rid of anything. And you’re correct somebody would pick that up in a second and redo that cabinet. And you’re correct that stereo system would be perfect. It just needs some tender loving care.
My folks bought a similar stereo cabinet to that one you want to save. It was in their living room from the 60s until they died. It dominated the room! They changed the speakers to cassette storage and added external speakers, and added in a cassette player with the turntable. When they died, there was so much history to it, we felt bad getting rid of it, so my husband put it in his man cave/music room. There are a lot of stereo cabinets and TV cabinets out there that just don’t fit in today’s modern rooms.
Andrew would get used to being out away from things.... the peace and tranquility is the best.... I live an hour away from any semblance of a city where Walmart and Home Depot and a couple of thrift stores are.... 2-3 hours for anything bigger.... you do eventually adjust and the kids would love LOVE it!!!
Love the sounds of nature ♡ I get that at my house too Deer 🐦 birds But I haven't seen baby bunnies 🐇🐇🐇 Good luck with everything :) home renovations are something else to go through Once they are done though it is awesome Mine started in 2019 and just finished last month Was worth it. :)
Greetings jocelyn..I know this video is old ..6 days but I'm wondering if you had those tree stumps ground down..sprouts can come out of stumps if they're not ground or have stump killer..im so interested in seeing the house 2022..blessings to you and your family 😇
Power washing is really hard on decks, the pressure will gouge out all the soft part of boards. You’d be better off using a good deck wash and then decide on power washing.
Looking good! Are they coming back to grind out the stumps? Aren't Melissa and Alex the nicest? They are my other go to channel. This house will be so nice when you're finished with it. Hope your getting some rest as it won't be long now!
Thst beautiful cabinet could be saved.... I agree set it out and let someone take it.... it is GORGEOUS!!!
I live in Iowa and the black squirrel is our city mascot.
What a difference from the last time that I saw the same driveway and house. So glad you’re getting it taken care of. Thank you for sharing.
The glass door display case is AMAZING! If I saw it at the side of the road I'd for sure pick it up. It's not landfill material yet, let it live a new life!🥰
Dang, I just remembered this was filmed last summer. 😳
Now that the ham is long gone, you could rename it the Bunny House, in honour of your little visitor. 😊
Yes yes yes the bunny house!
That would be cute.
She said it was actually a black squirrel.
@@lisah126 I decided to watch it again. Jocelyn was able to zoom in on on the baby bunny under the dumpster. You can see it for yourself. She also said she thought she heard deer on the property, but that turned out to be the black squirrels.
That's so sweet! 🐇

Bless you... Sometimes it's moment to moment.. so so sorry for the loss of ur husband.. praying for the comforter to comfort you and yours!!

The curved glass and beveled glass ones are the treasures. I’ve had several over the years.
That is a killer view! You and Andrew are an amazing team. New baby on the way and renovating 2 houses at once pretty much...if you can survive this, you are solid! LOL
Cracks me up to see you mention Curiosity Inc. I don't follow but a handful of people.. and you and them are the only ones I watch every single video.
It's really coming along well! Yay! 👏👏👏
I knew Walter was gonna open the dishwasher.
Me to. LOL!!
Save the apple logs, if you can. Fruitwood smells like heaven on the fireplace. Cherry is the best!

Looking a lot better. Can't wait for the next update and the ultimate finished project.
Hi jocelyn , they sure did do a great job cleaning all that brush and trees out . What a beautiful piece of property .

Well said! I couldn't agree more. 👏👏🙏🙏

That glass cabinet is not dumpster worthy! Someone would definitely like to bring it back to life!
Amazing how it looks now
Can I just say that I LOVE how you name things? The "Ham" house.
🤣😂So funny! Thank you for making me laugh!
Amazing what was done to this point! But now l need to know what happened with eBay and the return!
Stunning view!
the front door looks amazing.my heart feels for you the sad memories
It is amazing how far this clean-up has progressed.
I think the cabinet could totally be saved 👍
Yay Jocelyn, you know about Curiosity Inc! It is highly recommended for all Crazy Lamp Lady fans. You can catch it on youtube.
You have to be so looking forward to this new chapter in your lives. What a view!
I wholeheartedly agree with you about the cupboard!
Proud of you ! Let it go , let it go !!!
No don’t get rid of anything. And you’re correct somebody would pick that up in a second and redo that cabinet. And you’re correct that stereo system would be perfect. It just needs some tender loving care.
A big pool and pool house would be cool
I love that you watch Curiously Inc.!!! I'm a big fan too!!
I'm so glad you're happy
You're so lucky to have Andrew. Andrew is so lucky to have you. And the kids made out like bandits to have you both

What a beautiful piece of property!
What progress! Walter is a hoot.
And handsome!
Thanks for sharing everything. ❤️
Black squirrels. How amazing.
I can’t get over that beautiful view. How peaceful.
Interesting to see the progress on this and your new house! Hope you are getting some rest now!
I love that MCM TV stand/record player. I want one like that.
I’m loving Andrews t-shirt 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Oh I want it . Love that glass case..I live in Idaho😳
Love the Bunny house !
What an incredible space. Here in the UK you couldn't buy that space unless you had $750K and change! Wow.
The glass cabinet would be awesome to display a vintage Halloween collection! 🎃
So how did the eBay thing turn out? And what happened to the two pieces of furniture?
Should be called the burrow or the drey in honour of your lil critter visitors! It's looking fantastic so far
My kind of gal, everything can be saved with a little TLC 😆
I’m loving these house updates!
What a gorgeous piece of property my God this is beautiful work thank you father for allowing me to see through Jocelyn's camera lense
Andrew should put a hammock between two of the trees .nice shade , cold glass of iced tea .what could be better ? Make sure the hammock holds 2 !!!
Looking Amazing , making great progress🐰🐰🐰🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Yes, SAVE THE PIECE! Totally Build your Dream Home there, property is Amazing! I’d live there in a second. 😍
YES!!!!!! KEEP THAT CONSOLE!!!!!
Love this house. Idyllic. Great airbnb potential
What a stunning view 🥰
Love the sounds of nature ♡
I get that at my house too
Deer
🐦 birds
But I haven't seen baby bunnies 🐇🐇🐇
Good luck with everything :) home renovations are something else to go through
Once they are done though it is awesome
Mine started in 2019 and just finished last month
Was worth it. :)
The poopoo popo!! Andrew cracks me up!!
I watch Curiosity inc everyday for years, as well as yourself when you were more into metal detecting. His shop was only 5 minutes from my place.
The landscaping looks transformed. Great job guys.
Greetings from England
What a project. I’ve renovated a few houses and it’s a huge project and hugely expensive.
Well done guys!
The Ham House!!! I love it!!! You really are CRAZY. Love it.. Congratulations on the baby, your new house and the old house.
Black squirrels are so beautiful. I saw them in Northern Michigan years ago.
It doesn’t matter if there were no headphones… you have to refund it’s just eBay’s policy. No if’s and’s or but’s.
No dumpster! Wish I lived closer.
An amazing amount of work and an even more amazing transformation! Well done!
Greetings jocelyn..I know this video is old ..6 days but I'm wondering if you had those tree stumps ground down..sprouts can come out of stumps if they're not ground or have stump killer..im so interested in seeing the house 2022..blessings to you and your family 😇
That's nice to hear that you watch Alex from Curiosity Inc, one of my favorite shows.
I love the tv console. Great piece.
Loved the daddy will buy you ice cream if you do this .pure bribery !!!
It can be saved. Yes, someone will want it.
I like the name. The ham house is great
Power washing is really hard on decks, the pressure will gouge out all the soft part of boards. You’d be better off using a good deck wash and then decide on power washing.
I hope you did keep that first cabinet for a TV stand. It looked like a mid century modern piece. Maybe a record player?
What a view!!
What an amazing improvement. Looking good. Love the backyard so beautiful. Please Stay Safe, Happy And Healthy. Have A Wonderful Day
Beautiful view!
Commendable that you want to restore the cabinet, but I think Andrew is correct.
Looking good! Are they coming back to grind out the stumps?
Aren't Melissa and Alex the nicest? They are my other go to channel. This house will be so nice when you're finished with it. Hope your getting some rest as it won't be long now!
