Ruby Falls: Overlanding, Exploring the Canadian Rockies E:2

Ruby Falls is one of our favorite overlanding trips, and it is closest to us making a weekend trip possible. We did some crown land random camping near Grave Flats, entered the trail by Flapjack lake and exited at the Cardinal River. This trail is clearly labeled on the Coal Branch Public Land Use Zone map and fairly easy to find. This is not the most challenging trail but a high clearance 4x4 is definitely recommended. This can be a dangerous place to visit when it is raining, floods are possible and high water levels can quickly have you trapped being an in and out trail. There is no cell phone reception so be prepared!
