I used 5min to trade and 10m or 15m to filter out longer trend. I enjoy the filtering heiken bars provide, avoid getting stopped out or taking the wrong side, thank you so much. I am struggling with consistency and confidence for 2 years. This strategy is a game changer for my style of trading @@ThePivotTrader
Thanks for sharing this kym I done really well trading this strategy on the daily across a number of pairs this week! I must be honest I did close all trades early but I was happy with the result!
You are welcome Greg. Hopefully you can join me earlier tomorrow in the room, or if not when you get there, we will talk about holding into trades longer. Best wishes Kym
Hi! It seems very interesting. My question is: if the actual price is already too far from where the Heikin Ashi closed, would you enter anyways? I see a lot of traders teaching Heikin Ashi, but no one addresses this issue. Thanks
Hi Robert, I have quite a lot of my content already on video, although I have not produced a course as such with the more advanced stuff as I have been teaching it as we go along. The content becomes available as we go through the months. The basics of successful trading is fully produced and is made available to subscribers. If you drop me an email, I will give you a couple of alternatives. kym@thepivottrader.com
Do you think this strategy will be reliable to pass one of those futures prop firm trading challenges? I been looking for a strategy that will help me pass one of those challenges, but will also abide by there rules.
This works great with futures like ES, tested it in demo, awesome content.
Great to hear! What time frame did you use? Best wishes Kym

I did not get what was the point of the D channels indicator
They are used for trailing the stop. I would watch the video again.
Thanks for sharing Kym.
You're welcome, I hope you find it useful.

I will switch back to normal candles for actual entries as the Heiken Ashi closes as an average even when the actual price is either higher or lower.
Which moving average apply
Just the 34 simple moving average.
Very nice strategy.
Thanks. I like it as it’s so easy to follow and test.
👍👍
Hi, do you have any courses I can buy or do you just have to sign up to the monthly subscription option? Thanks.
