She comes back licking her lips after going Shark Mode, but Coco is like “meh, not for me, bruh!” We had very strong storms today and our old house where our younger daughter lives is probably damaged beyond repair. Power is still out in most of the county as well. It’s going to be a long, muggy night! Happy birthday to Lou Lou! She’s so well cared for that she doesn’t look a day over 3! 😊

Awwwwwwwww Coco and LouLou are so adorable, I love the way they dance around with their tails constantly wagging, so excited and happy all the time, and so deeply loving to you all! So lovely the way they allow Mimi to play with them too. Awwwwww I send them all great big cuddles! We have a half Bengal cat called Izzy. She's a rescue cat, and we have had her for four years. I know you already know this, but just thought I'd mention that we've got to be careful, especially as dachshunds and other types of dogs who have that long type back, to not be letting them jump down all the time from off the couch or bed etc, because it can be very bad for their backs. We had a dachshund that I inherited from my sister, and that doggie ended up having to take shots in their back due to the fact that jumping down from things caused a back problem for him, and he had gotten to the point one day where he couldn't walk well because of it. The vet told us that it wasn't a given that the shots would help his back, but thankfully they did. We were lucky that he regained his ability to walk ok!

They had free run of the property during the day, waddling down to our pond in the morning, coming back in the evening, sleep in our secure duck coup. They would poo all over our patio, driveway, and walkway to the front door, so we, like you, had to hose them down regularly. It was a great joy when a bit of a prissy aunt would come see us and, with obvious disgust, pick her way down the walk to the front door, grimacing at the ducks' droppings she had to avoid.😂🦆💩
