Basically porter's five force model describe the forces that impact one's business, if you're planning to enter in sports business you need to define which type of sport business is it, sport accessories manufacturing, sport supplements manufacturing, or in supply chain as a retailer or distributor,
Then the industry competition can be accurately analyzed.
