    As someone used to (and spoiled by) digital art, I'm always profoundly impressed with how people can paint absolutely beautiful sea and mountain spaces and then cold-blood start drawing trees on top of it. Absolutely nerve wrecking.
    The piece came off beautifully. Although, I strangely preferred it before the final dividing tape came off. The colors blending at the edges of each scene made the piece feel more connected. Beautiful work nonetheless.

    I honestly felt so emotional while watching. They're in the same place in all 3 pictures, different timelines. How much the place has changed. From having a beautiful grassland and cherry blossom with a swing, to having a normal tree with less grass, with having a bridge. The fact that it has changed but they will never makes it such an emotional painting to look at.

      @@lovedbythestars9609 Hello! Sorry I took so long to respond! By modern art I refer to the art that is commonly used as decoration nowadays. Now I know not everyone decorates the same, and that there is art that is used as decoration that is highly detailed and complex, but personally I have seen many magazines, videos, etc. that really encouraged simple art as decoration. However I guess my use for the term modern art might not be the best as there are so many art forms and artist that make such complex art still today huh? 😆 I just tend to look at how people use art to decorate their homes as a way of seeing what art is “in.” Though with social media, that is not the only place I can look at now is it? Haha!
      And to each their own indeed! I personally love the “Rococo” period, well, sorta. I love the use of soft colors and lighting, as well as the scenes they usually depict! (The happy playful ones, not so much other ones) however what that period of art represented I’m not the hugest fan of. Excuse me of I use some terms wrong or said something odd, I had to double check my Rococo facts, I learned about it in an art appreciation class so long ago and wanted to make sure I knew what I was talking about!
      Sorry I typed a huge paragraph! But am interested to know what type of art you like?

    • @lovedbythestars9609
      @lovedbythestars9609 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi and thank you for responding! I'm glad I asked the question because it turned out that you have a very particular definition of modern art. I'm liking right now art that doesn't necessarily fit into the decorative category. I've been looking at Lee Krasner. Rococco art is certainly expressive! I'm also kind of biased toward women artists,feeling that men have kept them out of the so-called mainstream in the past.

    I like how the mountains tell the story on their own. One small hill alone, but it looks like there might be another just starting to come into the picture. Then two larger hills closer together with a fiery sun between them. Then two big mountains, right next to each other in the dark. The color choice adds a lot to the story too. The trees and people are just to make the painting more interesting.

Every time the brush would hit id get a pit in my stomach thinking they had ruined it and each time it became more beautiful. I never knew all this was possible. I'm sick to my stomach with how much shear talent this individual has. They have more artist ability in the air they exhale than I will have in 40 life times of practicing art. Listening to the music and watching you paint made me feel so happy and relaxed. Saying this sounds kinda weird to me but anyways- this was so amazing☆☆

    7:15 is my favorite version of it but I was shocked at how you kept adding and making it better. The end result was gorgeous but I would personally have left the dividing tape as it gave the art work different flow. Well done tho

    Absolutely beautiful piece. I really needed to watch this. It made me feel strangely nostalgic and happy but im not going to lie I liked it better with the dividers. The whole painting being together and merged made it feel more immersive and real.

    One thing I learned from wall painting is that if you lay down tape, then paint the base color under the tape (in this case, white), wait for it to dry a bit, *then* paint over it, you get ultra-clean edging lines.
