Heyfa's question about a rude teammate in my opinion can also be thrown at the hiring managers for a new position you're applying for to gauge how they may deal with conflict within the team.

@ 23:37 I'd say that is the incorrect answer, or partial correct. You should never create a ticket for end user, if it is simple 5 minutes or less no ticket but if it is longer have USER create ticket. Do not allow users to abuse system.

One thing about the ceo vs regular user is that you're already actively working on the issue with the person on the call. It would be disrespectful to the caller that you help someone who is sending you a message about an issue, regardless of what the actual issue is. At least that is how it was at my Support Desk job.

What is registry, why do we need, use of it? 7. what is POST and DNS server? 8/ what is .pst and .ost? 9.Why do need pst (backup), when we already have email on the server? 10. I have deleted my ost file, its not there anywhere, how do I recover it? 11. Difference between outlook 2016 and office 365 outlook? 12.How to install a software in user’s computer if the system not available for remote? OR copy a file to another system without remote and user is not available either. 13.What are the steps for installing a web came and how do you fix if in case if any error? 14. A user is unable to open a file, it just shows a temp file, while another user can open the document? 15.what is virtual memory and why do we need VM? 16. A user is not able to login one of the applications in this computer, while others can login into same pc and this user can login into the application in different computer. Not sure why you think that. What I saw though was a deeply respectful person who answered the questions professionally, even though it was a mock interview, showed deference to the others though he was familiar with them, and still goofed around a bit when it was appropriate.

That why I said it depends in the video. I make tickets for the client because I work with executives. With executives, they never make tickets.
