Tekken 8 Item Moves wish list - Special showcase of funny, memorable & cool Item moves from Tekken 6 & Tekken Tag 2 (RPCS3). I hope they bring these moves back!

This wouldn't even be difficult, just extra style moves that could be added for flavor; give the characters a little more CHARACTER and not necessarily be viable for any legitimate combos. Almost like a taunt but worked in as an attack. And if there is one thing Tekken 7 actually lacked, it was an identity for its characters. Law doesn't have any moves that make him Law, he's just Bruce Lee doing JKD. Hwoarang isn't doing anything that individualizes him as Hwoarang, it's just Tae Kwon Do. A few moves added that give them personality would be great.

This how you know that while Tekken does have a serious storyline, it doesn’t take itself fully seriously and that’s why most of us love the franchise.

It started with some crappy family where father and son both try to kill each other and fails to having freakin biblical creatures, Mechanical soldiers and androids, multiple animal fighters, and whatever Mokujin is.
How man I remember playing in a huge loby of like very high rank characters my bro introduced me to tag2 and we'd be having so many laughs using those gag moves.

That particular evil laugh I remember dated from T6 in her victory pose when she sit on her defeated opponent to be specific, like how she did with Lee in T5 story mode. And speaking of T5, I think said victory pose predated there too. Why I remember that? Well, I'm horrible against Williams...
I love that Ogre during the fight, about to fall, still did a quick pose for Asuka's picture This is the god of fighting, an ancient deity and yet he knows how phones and social media works and what to do with it
Yeah, and there are too many characters that didn’t even get separate right-side and left-side throws. Not sure when that design shortcut became acceptable, but they need to tighten up at least differ the side-throws.
I don't want a remaster but I want tekken to go back to it's roots, Tekken 7 is still a good game but it doesn't feel like a tekken game. I still have tekken 6 and tag tournament 2 and I love playing them so much they just feel so nostalgic, great video man :)
Rage arts, simpler move sets and weird character additions kinda ruined tekken 7 imo (well not ruined like its still good but I thought 6 was way better)
When i got Hwoarang's space boots it was the only customization i used for a year straight. The humiliation of being grabbed and kicked in the air like that was the best 😂

Zafina had 2 ítem moves. In tekken 6 the Bastet bracelet causes zafina to throw unblockable kunai attacks. In tag 2 She has a mask that allows her to summon a skull head that follows the character with lowest health
I hope they bring back the silliness of item and costume moves in Tekken 8. And maybe even stage specific win poses/specials. Imagine having to challenge someone and you have to say "1v1, all items, final destination!"
It may not have had Tekken ball or Tekken force, but it did have some badass customization options and a massive roster of characters and stages to match. Still play it

If they can remove rage arts I feel like that would make it more fun to watch. Rage arts only look cool for guess characters like Geese. Other characters simply look worse doing them.

That's actually Miharu Hirano, not Asuka Kazama. And it is indeed her skill, a Selfie Photo. I'm always laughing when she's using that skill.
None of the DLC characters even have their own unique item moves. Although I'd say Leroy's cane, and dog, sort of counts.
