8:08 blue color represents vastness, all pervasiveness like sky and the calm ocean, hence it brings peace, tranquility, total rest (not lethargic but rest with awareness). That's the reason you will find paintings of Hindu gods Krishna and Rama in blue color. Yellow is already explained in the video. Green is the colour of mother nature, all the plants and trees are Green, representing growth, fruition, benevolence, giving, nurturing and nourishing all living beings... 🙏.

Indigo violet then ultra violet at the top of the vibrational colour spectrum the other colours below diminish in tonality /vibration below the bottom chakra of red are the tones of ochres and browns of pitch tonality and density, all is a sliding scale of higher and lower vibrational frequencies.
