This is one of the pieces of evidence that the Adepta Sororitas is, in effect, a form of female space marine. While they are not transhuman, they have a power through faith that the Astartes don’t match, even for chapters like the Black Templars. This brings another point in the lore that doesn’t get enough attention. Why is that women seem to be able to manifest the powers of faith more so than men? Most of the Saints are women. When the Emperor possesses a human to perform some act, it’s nearly always a woman or young girl (aside from Guilliman, which is a different situation, obviously). Acts of faith and deploying holy power of the Emperor is more often done by women.
The Inquisition has a million targets and objectives to ensure the Imperium continue survival, and each of the Chambers was created in perfection to destroy the Alien, the Daemon, and the Heretic, but like all things in the Grim Darkness of the far future the Inquisition do not have enough to destroy the enemies of mankind, still they fight to safeguard the Realm of the Emperor and the soul of humanity.
One unbreakable shield against the coming darkness, one last blade forged in defiance of fate, let them be my legacy to the galaxy I conquered, and my final gift to the species I failed.
The Grey Knights aided in the defence of Macragge alongside Roboute Guilliman during his revival. Though supremely powerful, even a Grey Knight is no match for a Primarch (with exception to some Daemon Primarch).
Given what the Grey Knights have access to technology wise, though we may never know, I am curious as to whether Titan has a STC (or more) located there. Definitely be a cool story/lore line if it is true.
At the moment I'm just headcanoning there just being a few female Custodies, and they were entirely made because Malcadore suggested it would appease a few civilizations/nobles. So the Emperor made a few, like say 6 to 12, but only really used them when it politically benefited him. They then found out that 99.998% of the time, they weren't required. So they basically got forgotten about. The only reason a few got made since then is the Custodies themselves occasionally find it useful to train other Custodies in how women think differently then men, and thus have found some use in the bloodgames, as new thinking styles and thus unique ways to attack the Emperor are sought after so they can stop such attacks. This being why we never heard of them in the last 10,000 years. They weren't needed during the Great Crusade, and afterwards are just used for the bloodlines. Aka they're really just there to appease Amazon. Creating just enough political backlash to grab their attention then, hopefully be forgotten about beyond a few players.
@@KingLich451 I mean, the issue with them being always present, means you have to explain why they weren't seen until now. Unfortunately them being of lesser numbers and less useful than their male counterparts is the best way to explain it. I personally would have just had a Mechanichus make a female Custodies to see if they could in m42. Probably made specifically to direct Sisters of Battle or something too.

They could probably call on the Black Templars for that.

Does anyone know if the Grey Knights have met Gulliman or the Lion and how the Grey Knights compare in power to a Primarcb?
The Grey Knights aided in the defence of Macragge alongside Roboute Guilliman during his revival. Though supremely powerful, even a Grey Knight is no match for a Primarch (with exception to some Daemon Primarch).
They do fine against demon primarchs coz they can banish them but a regular primarch can't be banished so they don't stand a chance
Not big fan of the Inquisition...who is.
But the "Chamber Militants"! They 4th in my list favorite factions.

Since female custodes will be retconed into 40k in the new custodes codex, I wonder when we will see brothers of battle or brothers of silence.

@@jonathanryan9946This is hilarious, in that they are made entirely for political reasons, and even then, they are useless 😂
