So I'm turning 45, I still DJ all over the world, not for money, but to keep me young. I have been a fan of DJ Hell since the 1990's and if you do not know who he is, I really suggest doing your homework and watching some old sets on TH-cam. He gives me the balls to keep doing what I'm doing even though I will never reach his status. BTW, you notice something interesting. He's playing with the playlists up, no beatgrid, no sync. Playlist mode like a G

I was a bit confused when I saw him selecting the tracks and no grid popping up. Old schoolers do it differently.

Keine Ahnung, ich persönlich habe ihn ein mal live gesehen, und jetzt hier. Für meinen Geschmack sind die Übergänge viel zu schnell. Das bringt mich jedes Mal raus aus dem flow, und auch der Zeitpunkt des Übergangs könnte teilweise weitaus besser gewählt sein. Da finde ich einen Sven Väith, desssen Musik ich auch nicht unbedingt mag, beim auflegen um Welten besser. Oder nen ltj bukem, wie lange der dnb Platten mischt, da geht nen Übergang locker 1-2min, und keine 20 sec.

@@ivangol1023 плейлист это не только лишь то что написано тебе что бы ты эту музыку нашел, плейлист имеется ввиду как подборка в этом конкретном контексте.
@@ivangol1023 так как Шазам не ищет это один из признаков серьезной музыки, серьезная музыка как правило в цифре не продаётся ее в цифру перегоняют либо она дается диджею как промо материал это уж смотря кто где и зачем выступает.

Opening tune is a belter
DJs started this stuff in the late 70s and early 80s. So if you were spinning Disco in, let's say 1977, that's 47 years ago. Minimum age to get into a bar would be 21 (at least in the USA), so it makes perfect sense for most of the DJs that started out in the early days to be in their 60s now.
