    Hello ASL Heroes!!!
Hey, I could really use your help.
If you’ve enjoyed having access to an expert in ASL you can help me continue my work for you. A small (or more if you can afford it) donation from you would instantly make a big difference here at the studio because teachers don’t earn much and I could use some help paying for server and domain hosting for Lifeprint.com.
You can help out a humble (not to mention kind, caring, generous, compassionate, helpful, friendly, fair, and hard-working) ASL teacher -- just go here right now and a few clicks later you too will be a true “ASL Hero!”

Or, if you prefer "Cash App" you can use: cash.me/$Lifeprint
    Or use Patreon at www.patreon.com/ASLU
Every little bit helps so much!
    Thanks!
    - Dr. Bill
p.s. Want to have your very own USB drive with four semesters worth of ASL instruction for just $79.95? See "SuperUSB" in the ASLUniversity bookstore at:

Take care and love to you all.

Hello Dr. V! I just want to thank you for every one of your videos you post on TH-cam. I have watched and studied only your ASL channel and I can now have conversations when needed. Yes I still have weak points but who doesn't lol. I've always wanted to sign from many years ago and didn't want to take a class. So I went to TH-cam and went through a couple of different ASL channels and then I finally found yours. I am very grateful for your teachings. Please keep uploading new vids because I do learn every day aa much as I can. Oh and I have also been teaching my 3 year old son the ASL alphabet too. He loves it!! Take care and be safe!!

what's the proper handshape in DEODORANT? it's hard to see because of the angle

I recommend using an "S" hand for the sign "deodorant."
However, you could also mime putting on deodorant using a handshape that matches your personal deodorant applicator.
It just depends if you want to discuss "deodorant" in a general sense or if you want to discuss it in a more specific way.
Again though, I recommend using an "S" hand (also known as a "fist.")
