So I think it may be different for every world, if you go into the port records, which is on the second floor, in one of the filing cabinets there should be a file with a code on it.

Try to use the crane. Throw an orange at him and then run behind the crane and wait for him to follow you. That was the only way I was able to beat him

Sorry for the late response, but I'm pretty sure it's 8540
How do u unlock the port door in the sewers
You have to go down into the sewers from inside the port and when you get near the door there should be a table with an option to look at a clipboard that should tell you what the password is.

@@cindylmorales it’s random for everyone. You need to go into the port and get into the sewers before the police catch you. Then go Down and you will find a price of paper. It will have the code on it.
