Therefore, their minds are conditioned to question everything this world has to offer including “THY POWER THROUGHOUT THE UNIVERSE DISPLAYED.” They have accepted the heavy burden of dealing with the troubles of this life and seeks to know another way, YOU THE GREAT COMFORTER TO ALL who did receive YOU as their personal SAVIOR. Still, YOU have shown them NEW MERCY every day with each thought they make and each breath they take. Unfortunately, like the prodigal son, we are all guilty of wandering far from YOU LORD because the negative experiences of our lives tend to build roadblocks to the TRUTH. As time marches on, JESUS CHRIST HELP them to identify the way, truth, and eternal life (that is YOU). Since to know and follow your SPIRIT is more exciting than any 007 movie, and YOU DELIGHT MAKING the ordinary into extraordinary. In addition - I'm a composer, director, etc. And you made Perfect decisions with both the arranging and performing of this song. It is an Older song...but you made it not Sound "old". It has a traditional harmonization...which you UPdated Perfectly!!! And Nice Job on the 1, 2, or 3 dissonant harmonies which were emphasized (again) PERfectly - and were extremely appropriate, and not too insecure sounding - but appropriately emotive & lyrical. ALL solos were Very well done, and not OVERdone (if you know what I mean) - often solos can do more harm than good by pointing to the soloist rather than the message... but your performances here accomplished all the right things imho. Unfortunately, like the prodigal son, we are all guilty of wandering far from YOU LORD because the negative experiences of our lives tend to build roadblocks to the TRUTH. As time marches on, JESUS CHRIST HELP them to identify the way, truth, and eternal life (that is YOU). Since to know and follow your SPIRIT is more exciting than any 007 movie, and YOU DELIGHT MAKING the ordinary into extraordinary. It is an Older song...but you made it not Sound "old". It has a traditional harmonization...which you UPdated Perfectly!!! And Nice Job on the 1, 2, or 3 dissonant harmonies which were emphasized (again) PERfectly - and were extremely appropriate, and not too insecure sounding - but appropriately emotive & lyrical. ALL solos were Very well done, and not OVERdone (if you know what I mean) - often solos can do more harm than good by pointing to the soloist rather than the message... but your performances here accomplished all the right things imho.
