    Aloo Tikki is a Potato Cutlet (snack) which is served along with a lot of spicy and sweet sauces. Pakistan, India and Bangladesh is the origin of Aloo Tikki and every place has its own recipe. I will show you how to make a perfect crispy, spicy and soft Aloo Tikki. We will also make chat using the aloo tikki and other fresh fruits and vegetables.
    Written Ingredients:
    Potato 1.5kg
    Salt for boiling potatoes 2tsp
    onion Chopped 2large
    Coriander Leaves handful
    Green Chilli Paste 3tbs
    Mint Leaves 2tbs
    Salt 1.5tbs
    Cumin 2tbs
    Coriander 1.5tbs
    Red Chilli Powder 1tbs
    Dried Pomegranate Seeds 2tbs
    Rice Flour 5tbs
    Oil for frying
    Paapri:
    All-purpose flour 1cup
    Water to form a dough
    Green Chutney:
    Coriander Leaves Handful
    Mint Leaves 3tbs
    Green Chillies 3pcs
    Curd 5tbs
    Vinegar 1tbs
    Salt 1/2tsp
    Chaat:
    Pomegranate Seeds Fresh
    Grated Radish
    Sliced Onions
    Curd
    Chaat Masala
