nickjr.com 2010-2012 july theme recreation (WITH OLD NAV AND GENERAL LOADER)

i know it isn't july yet, but this theme is used as a placeholder for every february on this site, mainly referencing that Noggin used to air Make Music Month back in Feb 07'-09'. The NJC didn't get Make Music Month until July 2010, and prob also 2011.
Another reason why this theme is used as a placeholder is due to the fact that the all about animals homepage landing flash file is lost media at the time of this recording, the only thing we have found was the music used for that monthly theme, everything else including background images are unfortunately lost media.
