@@SaadSaeed-qj5gf now as u said tretinoin, im assuming you've been using tretinoin for a quite while as it's a very strong exfoliant itself and then u started using this cleanser which contains 3% medalic acid!!!! the cell turn over reached the highest limit possible and that made you purged so in my opinion you should have researched well whether you should use an exfoliating cleanser or not with a very strong/harsh ingredient ( Tretinoin ) . Go For something very gentle which contains gentle/hydrating ingredients if u still using tretinoin! And I have used this cleanser, I liked it
