4 - I WAS thirsty a few years ago. Now I've turned my interest in myself because I'm seriously heavily disappointed in ppl. I can give myself 100x better than any of them did. They just wasted my time and they're still trying. F them. As for my body, I used to be a skinny fitness freak and now I'm eating more and relaxing more and I look fuller but healthier. My face is not as tense. My skin is nice. And my hair is finally silky and shiny after years of brittle split ends .

#4, Yep the self love and merging desires part really resonates. I no longer want to achieve focus by ignoring women or neglecting social interaction. I do try to operate how I used to sometimes, but to no avail. Ignoring people like a "sigma male" these days just gives me the ick. I want to be ambitious but also loving.

Oh wow, yes, I have been married with a very sweet and emotional guy not so competitive , then I had this very achiever masculine boyfriend very cold and no empathetic. I just need both worlds!! Plus both were academics (maybe that’s so much to ask).
