There are a few that I find really interesting that you missed. One is the Metallossus in the Sinbad and the Iron Sultan Gauntlet. As you come up the ramp after the first battle, you can hug the wall to your right, and enter a secret room. You have a chance (Not even a coin-flip; The boss is truly rare.) to get one of two enemies not found anywhere else in the dungeon, and not mentioned by the quest at all. The mob (90%-ish chance) is called Leadite. The boss (10%-ish chance) is called Metallossus. Then there is the OG Secret Boss where the 09 players used to spend a LOT of time, just because they could. The Vault Protector in the Grand Chasm. His sigil is never lit up. His vault light is never lit up. The dungeon tries to act completely inactive. But if you approach it, he's in a mini-gauntlet, with 3 mob fights before him and then the boss. His Monstrology Description even states "Protects the vault of the Knowledge Keeper. Ironically, it doesn't know why." Neither do we, and I find that really interesting.
Akuji has a unique mechanic where he spawns clones of himself depending on how many people join your group, each with the same stats. So if you have a full group you might have to fight 3 Akuji. He also drops the green ghost and red banshee pets which were hard to get back in the day.

For mooshu , Oakhart is another good boss. He drops the death elegant hat , The ice elegant boots and the myth elegant robe. Thing is in order to farm him you have to do all the Mossback quests. ALSO the boss Koto drops NINJA PIGS which is super nice.
I don't know if ki changed this or not, but you also encounter Oakheart during the Obsidian chest quest. I don't know why they chose to put an obsidian chest in a boss area that can be easily missed, but they put did.
In the basement of Mt Olympus, when you solve the puzzle with 6 statues. A secret boss is found by going through the steel grate. The drops are very good. There is a extra boss in each level of Aquila. All drop great gear. In Dragonspyre, in the final dungeon, there is an under ground tunnel. Continue through the tunnel, to meet a boss. He used to drop a pet.
There are actually secret bosses in each of the areas of Grizzleheim (excluding Northguard), not just Ravenscar. In Savastrad Pass, there's a spider boss inside the tree at the center of Webwood. In the entrance area of Vigrid Roughland, there's a cave with dungeon sigil that contains a secret wildclaw boss. In Mirkholm Keep, one of the areas with the colossus enemies has another cave with a dungeon sigil that contains a colossus boss. As for the other two Nidvellar dungeons, while they are both optional, helgrid warren contains one of the yardbirds and the maze contains one of the books for the lore quest. Fortunately, you just need to do the first fight (the earth golems) to collect the yardbird, and just make it to the other end of the maze to grab the book.
I fought Jotun's brothers and my god it was NOT worth it. The right one isn't too bad besides the fact he's in an annoying maze but the left one is ridiculous. You have to defeat two monsters to unlock four doors with three monsters in them each that you all have to take out, which unlocks ANOTHER door where you have to defeat either two or three more enemies before finally reaching the guy you need to defeat. It worked and the Jotun battle was a breeze to solo but I'll never do that method again on my other wizards.
I mean, as I said, a lot of them don't really drop gear. And most of them aren't especially challenging. The celestia ones are varying schools with some decently easy cheats. The final Avalon ones I basically went over as far as they go. Minor cheats besides that main first hit.

what's also interesting is that Mysterious Well in Avalon is also the only place in the entire game that you can find Monk Fish
The Great Spyre Gurtoks were really important in vanilla W101. As they were the only bosses that dropped best in slot athames for wizards at level 50.

The boss Zaneki in Shirataki temple drops Goat monk and the boss Shoji at the start of shirataki temple drops Samoorai
Oakheart also drops a really important farming stat boost furniture item. As he’s the only one that drops it, the potted cattail.
He also has a rare chance of dropping the red samurai sword wands

The Gurtok Demon and the Minotaur actually use to drop a rare demon and Minotaur pet back in the day, hence why people farmed for them.
Honestly they are unique to combat with. I dealt with a few secret bosses and they are quite fun.
There are 1 or 2 secret bosses in the Crustacean Empire in Celestia, you cam find them roaming around

post avalon there are basically none- they are in the form of key bosses, i cant think of any.
