Looking good, especially the dash centre badge. There's a tremendous amount of information to juggle in your head!

Lookin good...interior is my favorite part...going to need a lot of sound deadening...nothing beats a great cockpit to enjoy the ride....I'm pretty good with a sewing machine so the skys the limit...gotta love it when a plan comes together....can't wait to see it in its leather and paint..... impressive work....

That's true. When you're driving you can't see the exterior. lol! I'm green with envy... sewing is not my forte. The guy who used to do our interiors retired and I'm trying to find someone new. Soon I hope. Once the glass comes in we're not going to be too far away from bodywork and paint. Thanks for watching Joe!

This a very nice job of taking the old, making the new then joining them together. I am sure by conventional design, that 1/4” foam will be placed underneath the leather finishing panel to complete the upholstery. That is sweet. I like the way the door panels are finished at the top as these are completed with the “Door Glass Inner Belt Molding.” This is frequently held in place will large gauge staples from a pneumatic gun that runs the staple thru the belt molding into the aluminum skin that rolls over on the tops. The 67 Chevy C10 & many other are bare, only painted to match the vehicle. I might use a sound deadening material or foam so it does not have a squeak when driven. Wind noise, rattles and squeaks had become a large part of new vehicle headaches once in service with plastic. They are a lot better about it now. Very nice.

Thanks Dean! And yes, that is correct. Once all the final pieces are pulled from the molds everything will be refitted once more, check, then wrapped with either 1/8" or 1/4" foam, then leather. I'm quite familiar with the '67 C10. Dad had a few when I was growing up. Great truck!!

@@iNVisionPrototypes > I drove it somewhat unfinished after my son changed him mind on a lawnmower business, but stop at a gas station, within 4 minutes I’ve got 18 people asking questions & telling stories about an uncle, grandfather or other memories. It is an amazing to see total stranger, mostly guys to re-live that part of a childhood memory. But I live in NW Omaha, NE.
