I can confirm true. It’s a quest called “dark times” from fence
I can’t see it in my tasks on pve, I think it is pvp exclusive.

what a joke, you dont get the achievement.... and its gone next wipe.. and wipe is 3 weeks away... what a slap in the face..
really think you deserve the kappa achievement for completing 1 little quest a monkey could do blindfolded? kappa is a fucking grind and deserves all it’s worth, this quest is a slap in the face to players who do it properly
