I’m just imagining Danny, Aldo, and Julian burst in guns a blazin’ to rescue Mama, but find her standing over her ex’s body all covered in blood and holding a slipper/bedside lamp/frying pan. First thing she says: “You boys sure took your sweet time.”
So funny story something similar to that happened to my grandma. She was a 5ft on a good day woman who was kidnapped by her ex and when my dad and his friends went to "save her" he was dead and she was holding a cast iron frying pan and she told them "be faster next time and I'll let get a few swings in" and she was a queen of a woman
We litteraly met Julian when he kidnapped us, and we're just like: He's mine now. I love him. I may not have given birth to this child, but he's mine, just as much as Danny.
Not Julian thinking the server was hitting on us😂😂 and WHOO HOO he’s getting adopted ❤❤ but I felt the coldness Sugar mama felt when Lorenzo spoke you did a really good job portraying him 😊
Okay, the RANGE this man has. Each voice causes a distinct feeling. Danny is chaotic and funny, Julian is quiet, strong, and sweet, Aldo is smooth, suave and reassuring and Lorenzo is potent, dangerous and makes my skin crawl. Four characters, one VA, and a completely different feel for each of those characters. That's freaking talent. Each additional episode adds more umph to the overall series and it's easy to tell you put in a lot of work. Thank you!
Hope Mr. Lorenzo gets what he deserves, tied to a pair of cinder blocks and tossed into the Hudson River. I hope this continues and has a good ending with Danny, Julian, and Mr. Mitzrati.

I remember you mentioning something like you couldn't decide whether to voice him smooth or more traditional mafia-y. And gosh, that wheezy laugh you did for him made me go O_O it was so good in a mildly terrifying way.
I didn't catch it on the recording, but I literally exclaimed how true that line was right after I spoke it 😂 I tried some kinda Irish-esque angle, based on previous info on him. But I felt there was a "this is where Danny and Julian got their accents from" thing that made me stick with the Jersey version 3 take. Doesn't help that I couldn't figure out how I should pronounce some of the lines in the "Irish" voice. The laugh came out better in the jersey take, too 😄 and I must say ITS GOOD TO LAUGH ON MIC, I DONT KNOW WHY BUT ITS KINDA MY FAVORITE 🤣

Would you ever consider doing more of Esme’s scripts after this? I’ve read this one series they wrote called Sharpshooter about a million times, and I think you would be a great fit for it. Your voice acting is so different, you bring a whole new level of naturalness to every script. Even if I’ve read the script, I’ll listen to your audios because inevitably you make the dialogue sound REAL. My point being, I would really love to see you fill other Esme scripts. They write good and you preform amazingly. :)
To be fair, I have done a couple of other stories of theirs already, but I did have my eye on a few other scripts they've written. I haven't read Sharpshooter yet, so I'll go back and read it, for sure 😊 Wow, thank you!
