Plot Summary:
The story revolves around Basak (Upendra), who takes up the challenge to bring back black money deposited by politicians and bureaucrats in a Swiss bank. But he needs to get the code to bring back the cash. However, the code is known to a beggar (Biradar) who lost his memory after being hit by a temple bell. With great difficulty, Basak manages to get the first code word - stupid - written on a piece of currency note. After a great struggle, he gets another two words - Indians and tax. Assuming that ‘stupid Indians tax’ is the code word, he rushes to Switzerland to get back the money. But the story takes a turn when authorities ask him for the key code word. more
