    May I leave you with a suggestion, Aunty? If you must eat pan just avoid the Beatle nut .
    The pan is fine and eat that with a little bit of fennel seed and a tiny bit of Pan masala,the beetle nut is carcinogenic “ bad for you “ .
    Having this occasionally like me will not harm you . I only have this when I am on holiday and at weddings.
    I love chewing on fennel seed with a little roasted ajween and toasted coconut.
    I hope your dear son will not be upset with my suggestions . ❤

    I understand your situation “ we all have an addiction “ ie tea coffee sugar etc.
    I sympathise with you & have had very very bad cravings for things that I am not allowed to eat. i’m not overbeat nor have diabetes, but I’ve tried to eliminate certain food groups for health reasons.
    I have recently started to do some home baking because I am fed up of all the nasty chemicals that are added in cakes & biscuits.
    It’s impossible to avoid palm oil. that nasty ingredient is added to everything.
    Alhumdolilla my baking is improving & my Bengali cooking is really good thanks to all your mentoring.
    You’re the best aunty & I love you so much. I love uncles story’s. Please tell him to always share his stories about Bangladesh and his childhood.
    When you get a craving, just keep yourself busy because it’s all in the mind. We all can manage 20 hours of fasting so cravings are just normal.
    You are strong and resilient & I know all will be fine inshallah.
    I’m on can you leave next week so I will definitely as a treat will be enjoying sweet pan with my family. We should be visiting Green Street and definitely heading to. Anand pan 😂.
