Heat abnormal is definitely easier to cover than Non breath oblige, the first has a lot of chances for you to breath while the other doesn't really nbo was really made with intention of using vocaloid to the max so the feeling the song is about is conveyed
Ive sang both and both are rlly hard but I personally see it being harder to sing heat abnormal cause the speed is much higher then non breathe though the last part of non breathe is really difficult if people struggle with having much air in their lungs

The thing about Heat Abnormal is that it sounds weird if you try to splice multiple takes together in some areas, so some really fast parts have to be done in one take together, and the song features some random jumps in range, making it a nightmare. Meanwhile, while Non-breath is easier to splice together and has a lot of repeated phrases in its faster sections, as opposed to Heat's psuedo-rap horror.
I am waiting for one day CosmoP produce a song for 25ji to rap to their final breath. Especially Tomori where she has to rap in Kanade voice would be funny to hear
