      Eat Raw fruits for calories and vegetables for fibre and nutrients all day and they should be raw and if you want to eat grains then eat millet , wheat and rice is bad and eat when you are hungry then you can do it not on first week but it may take a month to become close to 10 sec , I have started eating that way today
