Like most remixes of classics I do it's usually born out of hearing a really poor remix getting played either on radio or by djs. I heard a superbly bad remix of this in a mix on radio 1 once and felt compelled to try do the original some justice since I loved the original so much. I managed to get hold of the multi track but ended up adding most of my own sounds. Keeping the vocal and guitars and the synth but added a layer of a Korg synth over the original to boost it. My own bassline and drums. Hope you enjoy.
