I stopped watching so called "Mainstream Media" on TV more than 5 years ago, when I realised they were not Independent anymore, and had become the mouthpiece of the government.

Nidhi Razdan is one of among my favourite journalists along with Ravish Kumar, Prannoy Roy. It reminds me of the the ild NDTV. Nowadays Newslaundry, The Deshbhakt, The Wire, Abhisar Sharma, Faye D'souza, Ajit Anjum, Srinivasan Jain, Meghnerd, Vimoh, Dhruv Rathee and others whom I missed, are doing a pretty well job of raising their voice.
Sakshi Joshi, pragya mishra ( ulta chashma UC), punya prasun bajpai, sohit mishra, 4 pm, DB news, the Live TV, newslaundry and comedians as well like vir dar, Kunal kamra, bhagat ram, shyam rangeela, garima, official peeing human, kroordarshan and folk singer Neha Singh rathore and others who I missed.

The Million dollar Question is.... what kind of legal support system has been left to exist to be able to question the higher ups in power? Once the path to that access was blocked and broken down so that it was more then evident to perceive, everyone was left to fend for themselves without the slightest hint of support. Some of the extremely brave and with character of Gold, stood firm and fought whatever battle they had to.. but largely the rest of us literally bent our back into submission! Wrongly the perception was "let's keep the peace" ! But one must not forget... peace is NOT the absence of War! Peace is when justice prevails!
I want to see all of u together.. my childhood was watching Nidhi on set and calling sreenivasan Jain, Vasu doing ground report. And wanting this friendship.. we all grew up and lost all our favourite ppl . Watching prannoy Roy's dekoder this election, I had a pang in my chest. We just grew up wrong.....

Nidhi Razdhan is my crush i used to hate news and my father used to compulsorily make me sit and watch it but when she was on air I used to watch it and I never knew where the time flew off to after that my father was proud of me and shocked to see his son watching news but when he asked me what was on the news I said something cute n something beautiful

I think 1 difference between mainstream TV and internet media is the ability to watch repeatedly, breaking into chewable pieces, share between people and watch after much time from publishing. So the people who watch get added on cumulatively.

Major missing yahiya Khan news,PARI, db live, bolta hindustan, khabar lahariya, Radio Mewat, national dastak, etc many regional reporters passionately upholding citizens and dissent. Still many voices and actions in algorithms maintaining democratic spaces and apart then digital air too in alternative knowledge creation.
What is the reason? Is it money, power, fear or simple belief? Time some of the likes of Navika Kumar, Rahuls, Arnab, etc are probed by psychiatrists to establish the real cause. It's very interesting.
The day we don't see a single poster of Politicians in Public places, True development of India starts. Crores of money wasted on publicity of Politicians can be utilized for building Infrastructure and Intellectual property of the Nation. 🙏🙏
