Wow!! I am not into mountain biking at all but I really enjoyed this episode. The scenery was just stunning through those forests. Chris getting busted not turning the go pro off but then the encouragement he gave Miriam through a tricky bit just after was really warming. You guys really do make a great team and thrive off each other. I love it!!
Oh, thanks Josh! That was one of our best weeks yet. We loved Derby. And we do make a good team - I think we’re doing alright after 10 years together! 😅
she is so cool ... try to get my misses riding single trails not happening bro .. said it once befor... your a luck guy and some awesome tracks there puts a big smile on my face ....
Hi Guys Love all your videos, would love if you came over to the west for your adventures. Not to be a debbie downer, but I would strongly suggest that you switch the Go Pro mount on Chris's helmet from the side to on top of the helmet. I only suggest that cos as a mad Formula 1 fan, the accident that Michael Schumacher had while skiing and the trauma he suffered was because his Go Pro was mounted on the side of his ski helmet and after impacting a rock, well everyone knows the result. Again please ride safe and keep bringing us all the fabulous videos of our amazing country. Marco
Hey Marco, thanks for that suggestion! Makes a lot of sense 😁👍🏼 We will be heading West in a year or so as when we go, we’d like to spend at least 12 months there. This year we have shows we are committed to on the East Coast, and will be spending at least 6 months in SA from November. 😁😁
Awesome cilp guys so entertaining and informative. I was just wondering if you need a shuttle there with an Emtb or is the climb not to bad with the ebike?
Thanks so much! 🙏🏼 We’d love to get back to Tassie 😁 This morning we leave the Gold Coast and head to the outback for 3 months, then down to Vic for 2, then up to Coffs for end of October then SA for 6+ months - so it will be a little while before we make it back. 😁
Great clip guys, looks like lot’s of fun ❗️ Been loving your Tassie tour. On a side note, I passed you on the road a few months ago near Hobart Airport. What an awesome rig, it’s huge on the road, just my style (had an F100 back in the 80’s) 👌🏼😎. Cheers, Paul
Haha, you went down the same route as me on trouty which is the wrong way, hang a left near the top of the big Boulder and then it gets really knarlly. Now you need to go back and do it again. When you free?

Crazy mountain biking Chris! GoPro footage was awesome!!!
Cheers buddy
Good to see you got the bikes out.. You went past ssoo many good trails on the first part of your Tassie trip.
We didn’t get our bikes until 2 weeks before we left Tassie - they were in back order for months

We are also in shailer Park (19 years). Hopefully see you in Cornubia Forest trails someday!
Quite possibly! 😁😁
This vlog was fantastic. I take my hat off to you Miriam. You did absolutely fantastic. My heart was racing for you on those trails. Well done!!!
Haha - thank you! My heart was racing too ♥️🤣

Thanks! We don’t use shuttles at Derby aside from Blue Tier. The up trails are awesome! 😁
The climb is as good as the downhill 😁
Hope to see you guys back in tassie soon keep up the videos and congrats on the 8k 😀😀

Those trails look awesome, a bit different from Nerang MTB.
Haha … yeah, just a bit different! They are so good … you suffer the ‘Derby Blues’ for aaages after leaving Derby!
@@AussieDestinationsUnknown will definitely have to get the emtb down to Tassie one of these days!

Oh thanks - Derby is great fun 😁😁 So glad you’re enjoying the series - it’s been great fun reliving it all while I’ve been editing!
Then it wasn't just me got lost on Trouty.
We thought we were the only ones! 🤣🤣🤣
Aren't you worried He'll break your bike? I like your channel.
Haha … he has his own bike to play with - and these bikes are built tough 😁👊🏼
