+GenericSlick For some reason I am not able to reply directly to your post. So, here is my answer. I did have all the other weapon skins and most other armor before I opened the Spartan's Armory REQS. I would not suggest getting these unless you have gotten everything from Silver REQ Packs first. You can always buy these and save them until then if that is something you fell comfortable doing.

+Arma gedd0n01 Thanks. Yes, I like the 343 skin. I also like the look of the UNSC ones and the Blue and Nobel Teams. Hopefully they are usable in game soon. Right now I only have access to the 343 skins.

+Kal Hurri Kane Thanks! in this video I have on the MARK IV [GEN1] armor with the MARK VI REGENT helmet. I really like this armor. It is the type that the Spartans wear in Halo Wars.

I only have like 70% things unlocked. Will I still get these?

+Tony costello I am sorry to hear that you did not get what you wanted. had all the other weapon skill unlocked before opening these. I would not suggest getting any special packs like these until you have unlocked all you can opening Silver Packs. As you have learned, the risk is not worth the cost.
