Hi, you can buy L298N or if you need higher current capability buy BTS7960B. Both are very inexpensive.

Isn't it a full bridge instead of an H bridge? I'm confused now.
H-bridge is not abbreviation for a Half bridge, it is a full bridge referring to the shape of the 4 switches and the load connected in the middle)
