Honestly! Since the song is about continuing to live your life and facing all hardship to honor the memories of those who are gone, this could have fit for an opening after Jiraiya and Itachi died, or somewhere in the later half of the 4th Shinobi War.

This hits after that final arc in the season, another villain pops up because the previous one was defeated by the mc but loses his mentor in the process, hence the mc travels the world for training

@@SakugaAsu visual kei mostly focuses on the flair and drama of the visuals (hence the name) rather than a specific sound. that’s how you get Malice Mizer and Dadaroma both being referred to as vkei despite sounding nothing alike. there’s obviously sounds that go with the genre but there’s a massive variety so you can’t really say that there’s one specific music style that counts as vkei
@@killianmcclellan285 the thing with vkei is that it can only be true vkei if it's from someone who is Japanese and has started a band in Japan associating with the movement from a specific time period. The original visual kei movement doesn't really exist anymore, apart from older artists who were a part of it in the 80s/90s, it evolved into neo visual kei, which is the modern day equivalent. Any American bands or artists can't be visual kei, but they can inspire overseas Japanese bands. This includes myself, because by default we are not Japanese nor Japanese citizens, and did not start off associating with it, nor did we grow up in any part of Japan during the height of the movement. We can go further into depth, but the details surrounding vkei's actual origins get muddy and become more of a he say she say type deal, as far as what may define it. Most vkei is also mainly focused around Japanese chord progressions, since again by default the bands have to be Japanese to be vkei

Interesting fact about this song - Brandon wrote this song when he was a young boy when his family was living in Tokyo. He was in town to see a parade when he saw a stray dog also watching from the streets. As a young boy, he was naturally curious of the shaggy but still happy Shiba Inu. They quickly became friends, meeting everyday. Brandon would name the dog "Di-oh-ji". Sometimes the dog would be beaten by the kids on the streets, Brandon would take care of di-oh-ji. The kids would mock Brandon for touching and caring for a stray that no one wanted. Brandon's parents wouldn't let the dog inside their house so all brandon could do was take care of the dog outside of their home. Over the years, their friendship strengthened but the dog continued to live on the street, still getting abused when Brandon was in school. A decade has passed, the dog is gone but the memory of Di-oh-ji will carry on inside Brandon and this song.

Honestly! Since the song is about continuing to live your life and facing all hardship to honor the memories of those who are gone, this could have fit for an opening after Jiraiya and Itachi died, or somewhere in the later half of the 4th Shinobi War.
There are a few of these already, but I thought I'd share my rendition of the romanji. I feel pretty good about the accuracy. @@SakugaAsu visual kei mostly focuses on the flair and drama of the visuals (hence the name) rather than a specific sound. that’s how you get Malice Mizer and Dadaroma both being referred to as vkei despite sounding nothing alike. there’s obviously sounds that go with the genre but there’s a massive variety so you can’t really say that there’s one specific music style that counts as vkei
@@killianmcclellan285 the thing with vkei is that it can only be true vkei if it's from someone who is Japanese and has started a band in Japan associating with the movement from a specific time period. The original visual kei movement doesn't really exist anymore, apart from older artists who were a part of it in the 80s/90s, it evolved into neo visual kei, which is the modern day equivalent. Any American bands or artists can't be visual kei, but they can inspire overseas Japanese bands. This includes myself, because by default we are not Japanese nor Japanese citizens, and did not start off associating with it, nor did we grow up in any part of Japan during the height of the movement. We can go further into depth, but the details surrounding vkei's actual origins get muddy and become more of a he say she say type deal, as far as what may define it. Most vkei is also mainly focused around Japanese chord progressions, since again by default the bands have to be Japanese to be vkei

Interesting fact about this song - Brandon wrote this song when he was a young boy when his family was living in Tokyo. He was in town to see a parade when he saw a stray dog also watching from the streets. As a young boy, he was naturally curious of the shaggy but still happy Shiba Inu. They quickly became friends, meeting everyday. Brandon would name the dog "Di-oh-ji".
Sometimes the dog would be beaten by the kids on the streets, Brandon would take care of di-oh-ji. The kids would mock Brandon for touching and caring for a stray that no one wanted. Brandon's parents wouldn't let the dog inside their house so all brandon could do was take care of the dog outside of their home. Over the years, their friendship strengthened but the dog continued to live on the street, still getting abused when Brandon was in school.
A decade has passed, the dog is gone but the memory of Di-oh-ji will carry on inside Brandon and this song.
Dogs named "Dog" are the best.
